I have never and will never regret using Samsung Galaxy phones.
I have only used two galaxy phones, and I have enjoyed using it, from 2018 to 2023 and am still using Samsung Galaxy's phone.
I am recommending samsung Galaxy phones to everyone. You will enjoy using it with your satisfaction.

So there's one of the receptionists (thick dark lady) she's so good at what she does. Her customer service skill is 100%. She literally solved my problem within 5 minutes. She deserve double of her salary.

I went to the Samsung shop with a friend who went to transact some business so I didn't go into the shop.

The people here are so nice. You feel cared about when you enter the place. It feels right.

I will choose Samsung over and over and over again. Anytime I have an issue and I visit this branch I just love the way I'm attended to. Very lovely ladies who make you feel like your problem is no problem at all and very great technicians who deliver within the time frame they give you. Kudos guys.

Helpful welcome desk attendant to quickly answer questions and direct to the appropriate attendant.
Very comfortable waiting chairs to seat on while we wait on the queue for our turn to be attended to. There were two charging points near the waiting chairs where I was allowed to charge my device.
The queue moved along quickly. Service personnel were very polite and helpful.
There was however a clerical mix up with my invoice and I got called back to pick my device which could then not be traced with the number on the invoice. But this was quickly rectified though I had to make two trips for that error.
Service personnel were apologetic and very helpful. I was even given a free Samsung carry case for my patronage.
My device spent no more than one week to get the screen changed.
I would definitely recommend this Samsung customer service center.

A nice service centre here. It's not as big as expected but the customer service was good. I noticed that the prices for phones are better here compared to other places. 3 working days for repairs of my phone. The interior was ok,nothing spectacular really.

Well organised and effective workers. Less than 15 minutes they were able to detect the problem with my phone. Keep up the good work but please reduce the prices of the phone screens....it's killing us Samsung users

I couldn't get inside but just the look from outside makes you feel very comfortable. I'm looking up to visiting that place to get my phone fixed.

Beautiful place where quality Samsung phones are sold... you will have 2years warranty of any phone you purchase. A very siren area with a class. I will recommend anyone who want to buy a quality Samsung phones
