Fast and friendly customer service. The security guard was friendly. Had to wait outside seated for about 5 to 10 minutes for the line inside to die down. I was seen about 5 minutes after I got inside the associate was able to help me switch my data plan and change the name on my SIM. Quick and friendly with clear communication.
