Homebase - Chichester

Great customer service and phone manner. Drove all the way from Weymouth to have a look at some dining chairs that were in the sale. The kind gentleman made up a pair of chairs for us to have a look at - his initiative lead to us buying 6 chairs...

I wanted to take the time to put a review on here regarding Tony. We came in this evening to buy some wood to make a board game (of all things). Tony was efficient, so willing to help despite our strange request! The process of wood needed to be cut to size. We aren’t very DIY orientated, so the help we received meant that bit more. Thank you again for your help.

Love having a look round, especially when they have their offers on, have some really nice items and staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great shop, good variety of stock and prices. Sometimes hard to find staff but when you do your questions are answered.

Isaac was unbelievably helpful and went out his way and above and beyond to find what we needed.

A great shopping experience, good prices, helpful staff, a huge selection of products and plenty of parking. It is well worth a visit, and I will be returning myself.

I really like this store, it's just a shame I don't live nearer. It is big and roomy inside with an outdoor section too. We have tried click and collect and that was fine. We checked stock availability online and turned up to purchase and that worked fine too. The end of season price on a couple of large pots we bought was nearly half the price of similar items at local garden centres. Plenty of selection of items for sale and this has to be a first stop for many of your home and DIY needs. I have no doubt we'll be back for something else soon.

Super efficient Click and Collect but please could the lady there have some customer training. She is so dour, grim and humourless.

Overall good experience. Often have what I am looking for at competitive prices. Staff are always chatty and friendly.

Very easy shopping and helpful Professional staff

I visited Homebase Chichester this afternoon. I wanted to buy some rolls of good quality turf.
I thought they'd just sold the last ones but
A staff member unloading goods outside helped me to find some more and offered to load them into my car. He also directed me to the aisles in store to find the other items I needed. Cheery and helpful!
So good to get that extra help.

Great store but I am a disabled customer and sometimes not always useca wheelchair, it would be mice is a wheelchair could be providex like Supermarkets do, or failing that a few seats at the checkout area or even around the store would be very useful for all of us who cannot walk around a large store eithout a sit down.
But on the whole i like homebargains snd the selection of stock is great.

Usual good service but limited range

Bought a great garden table with 6 chairs at a good price. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The even helped load it into the car. Great shopping experience.

We attended midday Tuesday. Fairly quiet, went straight to the till but quickly had 5 people waiting behind.

Only went to the click and collect. Very nice staff and helpfull.

Looks like a nice store and very big inside.

Free parking, different trollies, ground floor, disabled access - the usual but welcome standards you'd expect.

They have good kitchen equipment

Fantastic staff, with s top attitude. Really helpful and we'll informed. Pretty good store variety and stock levels. A relief when making this rare visit during lockdown in our moment of desperation!

Huge selection of products. Far more options than anyone could ever need which is such a massive improvement. Well laid out. Big car park. Clear signage. Amazing lighting department. Prices are what you'd expect to pay in a warehouse with staff wages to cover, it isn't expensive at all.
Staff are all incredibly helpful, the service is first rate.

Went there just before the start of the latest lockdown to grab some bits for a project I had upcoming, the staff were helpful and showed me where to go for the different bits on my list and advised me on what lengths and thicknesses would work best.

And as you can see from the photo the project turned out brilliantly!
