Raj is the person you need to go to when you buy TVs or anything from Currys Castle Vale. Hand on heart he is amazing and very helpful. Raj went above and beyond, and we left the story with a new mind set that great customers service, knowledge and friendliness still exists when it comes to buy something in-store. Bought my 85 inch Samsung TV ..excellent services and intent upon purchasing a Samsung laptop

Again, I purchased the item that I wanted. Friendly and knowledge staff. Used my creation account, which automatically gives me up to 9 months interest-free. All with no forms to fill in as all checks were previously.

I'm a big fan of this Brand, Store is Huge & there's plenty of Epic deals going on. Staff are brilliant, very friendly & go out of their way to serve you. Very happy with the purchase I made. Just be patient with the Staff it's a busy time of the year.

Vishvak helped me to buy a washer-dryer and fridge. He also tried to upsell internet and insurance but I choose not to add them at this moment. He was very professional and helpful throughout my purchase which made experience very good at Currys.

Meet a young man called Jamie what a credit to the store he was very busy but stopped to help me find a TV. And at same time help sell another TV to a gentleman. Done in such a way we both felt valued customers. Because off Jamie the store sold two TV with in 10mins.
Then the young lady at the till took TV to my car. Amazing customer service.
In past not been a lover off curry's. But because of these two outstanding staff members I will always go back to this store.

Today found out tv had a fault. Have to say the phone line help. Nit worth the 45 mins. Talking to 4 people.
So went back to store. Was dealt with a lovely young man Robert who sorted out an exchange. Instore customer service amazing. Phone customer service. So not so much.

I was amazed how Curries have upped their game since we last were there about 5 years ago. The item ordered was ready for us, the staff were all excellent. The big warehouse man loaded the car in seconds without my help and Josephine was great sorting out an issue and managed eventually to sell us an out of stock item off display for us to take away. And she was friendly, interested and good fun. Excellent.

All was good, what I was very unhappy there was no reciept for the money I paid out. I'm 60 I don't have a printer to print the email receipt. But I need receipts for my accountant

Decent quantity of models for almost all electrical appliances are available.
I went to this store again because the last time hospitality from one of the salesperson was amazing. He was quite busy today and another young & beautiful lady helped us today until towards the end. Her hospitality was really great, she knows what we were looking after, great personality, Wish her a great future ahead. Happy to visit again to the store with such a great hospitality.

I bought a phone from carephone warehouse young lady who served me was very good

My partner and I popped in to return a game bought over Christmas and we’re served by Robert - he was wonderful!

I was stood in waiting a short while (no problem as the employee on the desk was clearly in the middle of helping another customer), Robert noticed and came straight over and within what must have been only 5 minutes, we were on our way. He was attentive, polite and incredibly helpful!

We went in looking for a TV knowing pretty much what we wanted and expecting to buy online. In deciding between two TVs we decided to ask for help which is when Vish came to help us to make our final decision. He was very sweet and genuine and was the reason we decided to buy from Curry’s. A big thank you to Vish, and Chris for all their help. If you’re looking for something definitely see if you can find them!

Amazing service and very happy with my purchase

Bought a TV and the help inside the store was excellent and they even took my purchase to my car for me, that sort of service is so welcome in this day and age. Currys have certainly improved their in-store customer service. The only downside for me was the fact that the store and the website prices for certain services are different, I was looking for installation and the price quoted in the store was twice the price quoted on the website, the person who served me said that was very frustrating for the staff too. Still I would recommend Currys for the personal service they give you.

Attended to buy a mobile to replace an old broken one but with so many options needed some advice. We were served by Sumehra who was incredibly helpful in explaining the differences (plusses and minuses) of the multitude of mid price Samsung phones. She compared them on the computer to help us make a decision on what to buy but was never pushy. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.
