The new store was very clean plenty of products i love the self check out.

Convenient place and usual Co-op selection of products. Service from the male behind the counter was a bit grumpy. Felt like I was intruding by buying stuff.

Shelves are not very well stocked, over the past month I've wanted potatoes only had baby ones,rest of shelves sparse,other items stuffing a whole week before they had some ,wines scarse today 13th Aug.went in 3pm no skimmed milk no large toilet rolls went up to Londis got every single item,other shortages pet food it's just a hit and miss,it's a shame cos it's a nice new store,and most of staff are very nice and freindly

Nice shop and staff. Only issue is the older gentleman. Never happy and when served at the till he doesn’t talk making me feel like I’m annoying him and not welcome. Went the other day and was walking down an aisle when he rudely put his hand right in front of my face to point at something on the shelf when he could see I was walking that way.

Never any staff around to serve, it’s a case of having to go look for them in the isles if you need till service. The volume on the self service pay points are incredibly loud, there’s really no need and they ought to be quietened. A couple of staff are pleasant but there’s a few that look put out when you go to be served.

Nice modern shop but very poorly managed. Twice I have bought bakery products only to get them home and find that they were out of date. Some of the staff are very nice and helpful but some of them are surly as though they do not want to be there.
