I ordered a pattern on 21st October & as yet have not received it. Have emailed the company & had no response!! How can it possibly take this long to put an A4 sheet of paper in the post?! I will most definitely not be using this company again!!

Still waiting for my pattern after 11 days. The wool was delivered next day.
Received no response after trying to email and phone.
Very disappointed as I cannot start without the pattern.
