It's open for an hour on a Sunday!

Called repeatedly just after 9 am no answer. Called until the phone was answered but it was immediately put down - just to end the call! I repeated calling and the same thing happened many times. I had to go along in person to ask a question to be told “we are too busy to answer the phone” I queried “what if it was an urgent enquiry” nothing we can do was the answer! That’s poor. I do have to sing the praises of the pharmacist who is extremely knowledgeable and can diagnose and recommend without the need to visit a GP. I’m grateful to him for his help on several occasions. I’ll also commend the delivery service within the village. It’s a quick turnaround from receiving a GP prescription to fulfilling and delivering, thank you! Just please answer the phone!!!!

Impossible to call this chemist and customer service is extremely poor. Rude and arrogant. I hope someone takes this place over for the sake of all malpas residents

I have tried to call this business for a week on the phone at different times of the day allowing for variances in busy times and over the course of that week they didn't answer the phone once. Companies rely on customers for their income so they would be better placed to devote attention to this. They don't have a website with information or FAQ's etc which is fine (they don't have to have one) but in this day and age you should at least be able to contact them the old fashioned way by telephone especially if they publish a number for you to use, otherwise what's the point of giving you that number?
