Excellent service from start to finish. I have spoken to Olivia on a few occasions ref some issues I had regarding my delivery.
She was professional each time and always attentive.
Following this Sophie dealt with the communication side of things. Kept me in the loop throughout. Didn’t leave my emails unanswered like some other companies out there.
Although some products are available elsewhere at the same price, I would highly recommend this company. customer service is second to none and staff are great 😊 THEY DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISE, HAPPY BEDS, HAPPY CUSTOMER

I've ordered 2 single beds and wardrobe from happy beds. They looked really nice in my boys bedroom but unfortunately had to return the wardrobe because it was faulty.
Jack (Customer service) help me alot with the returning of the wardrobe. He did his best to resolve my problem and i really appreciate his help. He was honest and trust worthy. Would recommend to my family and friends.

I ordered the Superking TV bed and was slightly sceptical at the price. Having received the bed, I'm really impressed with the quality, it's really sturdy and feels classy. Very happy with this bed overall and the service, this would cost a few grand in the shops.

Absolutely satisfied with the customer service. The bed I ordered for my daughter had an issue with the slatted base after several months. I contacted them with a complaint; this was promptly attended to and a technician visited to resolve the issue. No hassles or delay. Thanks to Sophie and Paige at customer service, both are amazing.

The bed arrived in a timely manner and I began to build it but unfortunately I damaged 3 of the parts in the process (completely my fault - nothing wrong with the parts themselves).
Sophie and Harley at Happy Beds were fantastic. They asked for all the necessary info and soon raised a request for replacement items. Within a week they were delivered – free of charge I might add – and my daughters are delighted with their new bunk bed.
I couldn't recommend Happy Beds highly enough.

I've bought two kids beds from Happy Beds - a bunk bed and a high sleeper. Both times the customer service was great arranging a specific delivery arrangement. One bed developed a fault due to wear and tear and Happy Beds arranged a replacement part from the supplier within a week - exemplary service, thank you Sophie from Happy Beds!

Amazing service and great quality bed. I ordered for a specific delivery date and it came on time. The delivery driver even gave me a call and brought the bed in to us. Would definitely recommend!

The customer service was great. I’ve had a delay to the construction project I’m currently undertaking and Sophie (from customer support) helped me to change the delivery date with only 2 days to go until the original delivery date. Really saved me from having a wet bed stuck outside the front door!

I would happily order from Happy Beds again. Great customer service, timely delivery and quality furniture.

I made a mistake when ordering and Happy Beds were able to change not only the type of delivery but also the colour of the bed I ordered. Paige was was friendly, helpful and professional, dealing with my issue quickly and efficiently. I wish all customer service departments were this easy to deal with!

The delivery came on time with helpful notifications narrowing down our time slot as well as a call from the driver when they were 30 mins away. The two delivery men were quick and efficient and cheerfully handled the two flights of stairs without any complaint. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

Having put together many self assembly pieces of furniture I’ve seen a vast range in quality of materials and instructions. Happy Beds instructions were clear and simple to follow and the tools and furniture components were all of a high standard. I’m delighted by my new bed and will be recommending Happy Beds!

Really excellent customer service received for Sophie and Harley. There was a small mark in the product and once informed Sophie and Harley went out of their way to resolve the issue. They are a credit to Happy Beds. Would definitely buy from them again for customer service alone. Thanks both.

I recently ordered two mattresses via E bay for bunk beds.
The ordering was very easy, delivery was very prompt and the
mattresses were of a very good quality for the price paid.
Unfortunately, they were unsuitable for my use.
I contacted Happy Beds and I have to say that the Customer Service given was superb, one of the
best that I have ever received.
Lizzy and Aimee at happy Beds went well beyond the “call of duty”,
They arranged collection of the mattresses, which were collected in a very prompt manner with the courier company informing me all the time of progress.
After collection, my payment was very promptly returned.
I would highly recommend Happy Beds to people and would not hesitate to
use them again. Thank you Lizzy & Aimee at Happy Beds for the amazing

The quality of the beds and mattresses bought were very good for a reasonable price. We had an issue with a mattress sent back because the courier had ripped the sturdy double polythene then stored it on a dirty floor. Sophie in Customer Service was very available, informative and efficient with a replacement in 48 hours.

The customer service was excellent provided by Paige after she made an amends on my delivery instructions as I selected one man delivery as opposed to 2 man delivery to bedroom. I was surprised how quickly I got through to customer service and receiving an email to the nature of our conversation and how it’s been actioned was very reassuring so props 🙏 to happy beds and Paige for the great service.

Contacted Happy Beds re change of delivery date. Sophie responded very quickly, changing the date as asked. Unfortunately, I had made a mistake with the date but Sophie very quickly, again, sorted this out for me. Very happy with the communication and all the help from Sophie. Looking forward to receiving my order 9 days earlier than originally planned. 😀

Received my bed in good time with constant updates about delivery. A bag was missing containing the fixtures to put the bed together. I emailed customer services and Sophie replied in less than 24 hours to say they were sending me out the missing pieces straight away. Very professional and friendly. Would shop with them again.

Bought a lovely bunk bed and mattresses for my 2 children, it arrived on time and looks great. A couple of wooden pieces got damaged in transit but I reached out and Sophie did a great job of helping me. She arranged new replacement parts from the manufacturer for me which arrived in perfect condition. Very happy and will certainly keep in mind next time I am shopping for a bed. Thank you

Ordered a kids bed from Happy Beds. It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Some bed slats were a bit damaged, but Sophie and Harley from costumer service were kind, helpful and efficient, and new parts arrived shortly. Overall a really good experience, will be ordering another bed from them soon.

Chantal/Sophie were an excellent help this morning - we had to change our delivery address, date and actual order! They sorted this all out within minutes causing no stress at all! Would happily order again just due to that!
