Struggled with a purchase online with a overall voucher and a discount code and decided to pop.into the nearest Argos.

I was served by Lee (manager) who not only solved the problem but didn't need to ask any more questions after I told him what happened.

Item arrived within minutes and I was out

Very good customer service. Helpful 3 girls Sana , Bhana and Iqliomya very cheerful girls. I Came from very far and they helped me with finding the right item and made the trip so much easier for me.

I have bought from them several times now without a problem and it has always been really fast. Last one being a "click and collect" order, in and out in about 1 minute.
There is always parking nearby and the personnel are really nice.
Would recommend to buy things from them without a doubt.

This is an amazing retail park. Lots of shops, plenty of parking. I go every Saturday afternoon and there is no problem. The staff are really friendly. Can be dreadful for getting out on a Saturday, but it depends on how busy it is, but that's not a problem. Car park is huge, that's why we end up losing where we have parked the car as it blends in with others. Cannot fault this place at all.

The staff were great. X Really helpful. They brought down a selection of boy ken dolls for my daughter to pick the one she wanted. .. We did end up with two... We had been every where trying to find a ken doll. They were lovely & helpful. X Clean store. Fast service. Thank you ♡.

The amount of different stores here is vast. Always busy, and hard to find a parking space even though there are a lot of them. Great place for food with a varied choice of restaurants. Easy to find where you need due to the simple layout of stores.

Great place. Plenty of free parking with no limit. Tons of shops like M&S, Boots, Ikea, TK Maxx and Wilkinson now opening too. So many food places to choose from. And the showcase cinema to end the day with a good movie. Love it

I only really ever go to IKEA. I try to be there first thing as i usually know what im after and so i dont like crowded shops.
Sunday they open for browsing 10.30 and im usually out when the tills open at 11. Thats better 🤗

Warm friendly atmosphere with lots of coffee shops and a variety of shops for kids and adults.It is a busy place but with a cinema across the road and Crispie creme you can't go wrong.

Nice location really out of stock staff are helpful and can pick up online orders. Only trouble is on busy time can take a few minutes to get out with congestion.

Good little retail park, plenty there without being in your face, good places to eat, TGI's, Nandos, Frankie and Benny's and the usual drive throughs, got to pay Krispy Cremes a visit😉

Great laid out store plenty of parking could use a little more staff as it does get busy during peak hours

Could spend a whole day here! From a large number of large shops to eateries and the showcase cinema, you certainly wont get bored here!

Aysha(if spelled correctly) Birstall was lovely and very helpful when i had an issue with click and collect order, Argos customer service Aimee wasn't helpful.

One of the better Argos stores. Plenty of parking right outside the front door. Have stock of things more often than not.
