The Purple Pantry

Tina on reception and Jason helping in the main store are superstars. Their kindness and knowledge of their company and what it can do for their tenants is incredible.
This isn't a store nor is it a food bank. It is a subsidised pantry for the benefit of Community Gateway tenants. Each tenant is granted a number of points according to the number of tenants in the property. As a single tenant I'm allowed 35 points per week,
The pantry has fresh, frozen, Tinned and ambient products ranging from one point upwards. For the 35 points I filled two large carrier bags and that will save me a lot of money against my regular shop.
It is a godsend during these current times of financial uncertainty.

I love this place they know me well now ive been coming here for 2 years and u can get real help when ur struggling and have a little one like i do the staff are so friendly Jason is very helpful and always so kind to help and i thank you all for every time I've been and come out with enough for a week with just 20 pound 5 star from me all the way love them ⭐👍😊 x

The lady on reception and the kind gentleman in the actual store ,(don’t know there names)but they are absolutely fabulous, very welcoming,kind,considerate, nothing to much trouble they are a absolute credit to Gateway association 😊
The food items are amazing obviously great value for money (with mum living on pension,helps a great deal.
I would recommend a visit 👏👏👏
