Went in for help on my laptop, one man was going to send us off to someone else in fulwood but then as we were looking round a lovely man named Min came and offered help. Managed to do what I came in for on my laptop and even left with a new laptop and a ninja air fryer😂his customer service was brilliant and he’s one hell of a salesman! Gave me a brilliant deal and helped so much. Would only ever want to go in again if he’s there to help

I haven’t been in a Curry’s for 20 years. I used to hate them: mithering staff. However, I went to Curry’s Capitol Preston this week. The staff were friendly and helpful on the phone beforehand. When I got there one of the sales team kept an eye on me but didn’t harass me. When I indicated I wanted help he was immediately onto it. He made some sensible recommendations. I bought a new soundbar and it was obviously brand new, as in from the factory new. Everything I’ve bought on Amazon lately, or with Richer Sounds has been opened before and is either damaged or re conditioned. Payment was easy, and out in no time. Really impressed with the Capitol store. Worth a visit as they have truckloads of stock to sample.

We were served by a delightful, polite, funny, down to earth young man. Nothing was too much trouble and was, refreshingly, not in the least bit pushy. His product knowledge was also very good and very patiently explained. A breath of fresh air.

If you want to buy something online, especially a big appliance, I recommend you visit them and see the product in real life rather than going off by the pictures you see online. I wanted to buy a fridge-freezer online and was indecisive 🤔and in between two appliances. Online, I could not really make my mind up as even though the description and specification can be quite detailed, things can be so much different in real life😂. That is why I went to see them. The minute I saw one of the fridge freezers, I just realised that it was a no-go for me🤭. The freezer drawers were a lot smaller than the other one (although technically on the website they are the same dimensions🧐). The reason why it was smaller is that the freezer had a cooling fan which takes a lot of space. I immediately made up my mind and went for the other one. So all in all I saved money, time and effort.

Was looking to see the Note 20 and Peter went and got it out the back. It literally turned up 5 minuets before I turned up to see it. He was great we had a good chat about it and he showed me all the options without any pressure to buy at all! Grwat service
