Alright store with lots of good snacks and foods and drinks such as Lays and Tymbark however the Prime sold there for £4.99 looks a bit sketchy such as the font but who knows.

They lost my Ebay "click & collect" package & asked me to contact seller who provided me the proof of delivery with photo of package being received at the shop. The guy at the counter is still persistent that they don't have my package. Seller wont refund, ebay is with seller & I lost the money & someone else may be using the product I paid for because the shop lost my package.

If you are sending pr receiving a parcel, don’t bother going to this shop. They never ship. Have tried many times and they always say printer is broken. As for the parcel I am supposed to receive they always say it was not delivered but the tracking Says otherwise. They misplace parcels. Customer service is also poor. They don’t bother to help you

Do not get your phone fixed here! I payed to get my screen replaced within a couple of days the touch screen wasn't working. I went back to complain to be told the phone man wasn't there. If I got it fixed somewhere else they would refund me if I returned the screen. I got it fixed and was told the screen they used was faulty. I went back to return the screen and get my refund as told to, to then be refused a refund as the phone stopped working after 24/48 hours so was no longer their issue. The phone was fixed only 4 days before I tried to return it. A complete turn around from what I was told earlier. Low quality screen , low quality technical skills and awful customer service!! AVOID!

They impose a minimum spend on card purchases which is specifically forbidden by the Visa rules. Combined with a cash machine that charges for withdrawals this is a really scummy way to make business.

Terrible shop. They don't take cards without a fee, they make you use a cash machine conveniently located next to the till to get cash out. And charge you a quid for it.
