Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel

Absolutely lovely for the price and location. It felt like a warm welcome immediately and I have to highlight the above and beyond service of Pamela at the front desk. We knew we were in good hands immediately. Thank you Pamela and to all the warm and welcoming staff here.

Loved this place. Way exceeded our expectations. Comfortable bed with lovely soft linens and pillows and super plush soft towels. The room and bathroom were sparkling clean. The service we received from Francisco in the dining room was outstanding. Checkin was smooth and seemless.

Just checked in during overnight before returning to USA. Emmanuel took our bags right away. So helpful. Gia at front desk was equally helpful. Last time we were here was 10 years ago and hotel was extremely run down. Room is lovely and spotless and overlooks the runway.

A very conveniently located hotel for Heathrow Airport. We have used this hotel many times to stay before and after long haul flights. The hotel offers room and car parking included at a cost. Pleasant surroundings with rooms overlooking the airport. Executive rooms include a lounge which offers food and drinks.
Airport hopper buses run frequently to all terminals or taxis can be booked via the hotel reception. Excellent breakfast and evening meals are available.

Nice hotel. Personally found the beds a little hard and struggled to get the room temperature down as it was quite a warm room. The restaurant is good with a nice selection of food for evening meals and breakfast. I'm not a big breakfast person so normally walk to the cafe at the World Business Center next door for a coffee and bacon roll. Ideal hotel for stopover to airport.

I can honestly say I really liked this hotel. From the nice room, to the breakfast, the gym and look of everything was well put together. But frankly the best part of my stay was a young lady by the name of Gia at the front desk... What a pleasant individual. Gia was kind, helpful, insightful and overall such a well spoken young lady. While the hotel is very nice, the service at the front desk tied everything together. A++

I stayed here once before about 15 years ago. The rooms have been improved and are now very nice, not that they were bad before but they are nice and modern now.
They have now got Tesla superchargers in the car park which can be used by non Tesla drivers.
The car park is free if you stay in the hotel.
The hotel was very busy as there was a lot of British Airways staff staying in the hotel.
Breakfast was very good considering the fullness of the hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located for all terminals at Heathrow airport.
Considering there is a runway next to the hotel the rooms were very quiet.

Missed my connection flight ✈ and British Airways was considerate enough to put me up here for the night.
The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.
However the employee who was allocating rooms was clearly racist and allocated people who arrived way after I had arrived rooms. Finally I couldn't take it and I confronted him and mysteriously I was allocated a room 2 hours after my arrival in this place.
Would I find myself here willingly again? Absolutely not, a beautiful facility with employees who are only nice to people of one racial demographic. I rarely leave negative reviews but I had to say something to warn others who will find themselves in this predicament😫

Well placed, very clean and comfortable with lovely amenities. Wish the the night room service menu had more more options after arriving very late from long travels but the salad I had was delicious. Recommended

Very clean hotel with good value for the money. There is some noise from planes taking off & landing but it is not very loud and I don’t like loud noises.I have business to attend near the airport so it saved me traveling time. Food is good staff is kind. Overall a good place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel - particularly being an aviation enthusiast. I had a Runway View room which was just fantastic. Every staff member I interacted with was lovely - especially Thisbe at check in who was so cheerful and helpful, and Surhpreet in the restaurant at breakfast who was just so friendly and genuine. The rooms are slightly tired, but really quite ok. My only gripe is that this place is like a rabbit warren with lots of corridors. Signage from the lifts to the rooms is fine, but some signage when leaving your room to get back to the lifts would be a really helpful addition. I would definitely stay here again. Easy to get to from LHR with the Heathrow Hoppa.

First time British Airways gave me to stay here due to a missed flight, i loved it!!
Then after 3 years i came back her on Dec 2023, all staff are so polite, kind and helpful, they are very awesome when it came to assistance, food is really good, morning breakfast is the best thing ever!
Except today, we asked for some water and tea bags and the lady refused to give my niece any water or tea bags, she said “we don’t do it, you have to go and buy it!”
Really???

Review of Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel

Great location, parking a few yards from the main entrance to hotel. Room clean as was bathroom. A drink in the bar was good before going to Market Garden restaurant for dinner. Everything looked and smelt lovely en route to our table. Fantastic starter and really large portion. Main course from Asian selection so tasty and another huge portion. I hate wasting good food but we just couldn't finish it all. Perfect service, attentive but unobtrusive from Gabriel our waiter. We will definitely use this hotel again and will happily recommend it to anyone needing a great Heathrow hotel. Thank you!

Had a great overnight stay in August. Very comfortable room of decent size. Great views of the runway if you are an avgeek. No noise whatsoever. Nice cafe downstairs for coffee and pastries. Not much of a neighbourhood to speak of, although the pub down the road was reasonable for dinner. Short walk to rental car pickup lot.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The bar area food was very good - fish and chips and chicken caesar salad - great value. Stanley who took our luggage to the room was most helpful. Only downside, the hairdryer was hard wired into the wall with almost no cord left. Would have been very difficult to use had it been working, it was broken. A very helpfull chamber maid found me a one I could plug in. Will use this hotel if we fly out of Heathrow again.

The above rating might be confusing however my first stay was great, however on arrival the second time a week later due to an exclusive function I was not even allowed to enter the hotel and had to find alternative accommodation.

Nice hotel, clean, in walking distance to the local pub. Quiet rooms even though your right next to the runway.

Staff are very friendly and on hand to answer any questions.

This was booked to take away the rush out of getting to the airport to catch a morning flight
Location was easy to navigate, with parking on site, there may be a charge to do this.
Reception is very inviting and welcoming...
There is a Heathrow bus that you can take to the airport, that goes to all Terminals, however this bus runs every 15 minutes depending, information of times can be obtain from Hotel. Otherwise you can just request a cab, wait time solved.

I stayed overnight , leaving my car at the hotel, prior to a trip to India. Room was fine and clean.
When I returned to collect my car after 12 days and a rather long and tiring journey (featuring a 12 hour drive to Delhi due to train strike), I was slightly brain dead and couldn't find my car! the staff were wonderful and helped me, and didn't even laugh at my stupidity. So, thank you to the friendly, helpful staff on that Sunday evening!!
