The staff in the Coleraine branch were very friendly and helpful. I picked up a very reasonably priced Nintendo 64, with a controller included at no extra cost. Looking online, the prices that they buy your games and gadgets are a little low, but that's to be expected if they want to keep their selling prices low and still turn a profit.(and it's a great way to clear space on your shelf for some quick cash) I will definitely be visiting other branches in the near future.

Great manager, nice shop with great choice of games. Make sure if you for any game discs to be cleaned that they are done the right way up. Had a few games destroyed in error.

They are very respectful and will work with you to resolve whatever problem or situation you have. I had purchased a laptop from them and when myself and my son took it home it wouldn't update the apps we returned to the store the next day and they tried to sort it out but they were unable to so they refunded my money back which a lot of other companies wouldn't do

Always great service. Game I bought had a broken box and was allowed to switch for a better condition one. Other shops haven't let me do so. Also they've got a great free warranty length (2years).

Experience was a 10/10, brought Lord of the Rings the Third Age on GameCube for £15, it's cheaper than the one they sold in Ireland for €25

Great selection of old games, have picked up some classics for such cheap prices. Recently got a MacBook Air almost have its brand new value that is serving me right now. Awesome helpful staff happy to let you examine anything you wish too.

Some of their products are a little bit cheaper than new ones, but some of them are much cheaper.

One of the larger stores. The top floor is dedicated to DVDs, whereas the bottom is where the tech, games and blurays are kept. Staff seem friendly as usually in their stores, and its great to find the odd bargain.

Fantastic shop for buying games. Got Miitopia (3DS) for £12, when it is £40 on Nintendo eShop. Many legacy consoles (such as GameCube, Xbox 360, Nintendo 64, 2DS and more) were as low as £50!
Newer games however do not get the same ultra low price treatment obviously, but still better than retail. Nintendo switch games around £40 (retail £50) which is still good. I do also have to point out that it is a ripoff to sell stuff here. Although eBay takes more effort and patience, you get a decent price there compared to HERE. You get about 1/3 of the CEX value (which is the ultra cheap prices). But other than that, perfectly great shop. Best place to get a good deal or simply a little look around.

I mostly get my DVD here and games.

I needed to find a particular box set for my mothers birthday and the friendly staff were more than happy to help. I'm very pleased with the qaulity of the item at a reasonable price.
