I love the renovated store on shore road but have been very disappointed that they no longer stock the sugar free mints which l found enjoyable while out walking. They're called Refreshments and came in a variety of flavours. As they were a Lidl product can't understand why they're no longer stocked

Store only opened after getting demolished and rebuilt as a result its far bigger and has a bigger carpark. Lots of opening offers and the bakery department make jam donuts to die for.they are far tastier than their rivals.

Great supermarket with quality products at low prices. The York/Shore road branch is one of the few shops i know of that offer autism-friendly evenings. That's a great initiative from the management, keep up the good work.

This is my supermarket of preference on the SHORE ROAD. The staff are really friendly and the produce fresh. They have a great range of gluten free foods, from the best black and white puddings to breads and pizzas. The wines are good every day wines at continental prices. I visit most days and the checkout is quick and other customers very helpful and friendly.

I'm doing my weekly shopping in Shore Rd's Lidl since I moved to Belfast (9 years ago).
Everyone is very pleasant - staff wise - but I was really impressed by the security gentleman yesterday afternoon named Sammy - who was exceptionally kind and helpful - my 3 year old son fell a sleep in the trolley and as I took him up in my arms - trying to wake him (unsuccessfully) and in the same time putting my items on the line ... seemed practically impossible - when this lovely gentlemen noticed me struggling and offered me a hand placing all my selected items on the line to be scanned - I found that much appreciated gesture very touching - there're still people out there that really care - like Sammy. Hope the management will see my feedback - could you please forward him my feedback - it will be very helpful with his portfolio (if you you guy do one).

Lovely bakery, good prices too! I always liked to come here for the Crownfield Hazelnut Chocolate Pillows. Overall a lovely experience with good covid measures in place.

What can one say? Lidl is always good to go too. Lot's of different variety. Different than the normal usual big supermarkets sell. And they change things around with different themes to give everyone more variety and a chance to try something different. Their Kangaroo steaks are perfect (when they have them). The bakery is brilliant, specially the Low GI rolls etc., brilliant idea. And of course, you can't knock the prices.

Great store that is never overly crowded catering for a mixture of local foods and produce to foreign delicacies and changes its options regularly. It is in my opinion cheaper than the big superstores for brands that aren't particularly household names but compare well to their rivals more commonly known brands at a reduced price.

The staff here do not like stuffed frogs. Admittedly they scare me when hidden behind the excellent selectionof ham. Also do not giggle at the power tools. Very good range of many things.

Some of the cheapest, strangest, but shockingly good things. The frozen Polish food is awesome. My other half hates the place. But I sneak over there anyway sometimes.

As always lovely staff in shore Road unit. Chris, David and another young man I can't recall his name. Such hard working , helpful and pleasant staff- all of the team as well . Only thing was couldn't use trolley as new pound coin doesn't fit and couldn't even buy a trolley token to use. Otherwise love lidl !!!
