Been in to the shop today, and was served by a very helpful and friendly young woman, will definitely go in there again

A few weeks ago I arrived at the shop having made a journey to get there, I was served by a young blonde female who I found rude with a bad attiitude and lacking in any semblance of customer service etiquette. When I politely presented a parcel and asked to send it off she replied abruptly with words to the effect of 'not today you can't, the person who is meant to come and collect the parcels hasn't collected them and we can't take anymore until they're cleared because there's no room'. She had an attitude of it not being her problem, couldn't care less and was not remotely apologetic about it. There was no 'I'm really sorry' or any attempt to try and help me with the predicament she left me in. This isn't how you behave in a public facing role, disgraceful, very disappointing. More recently I have been served by a different person, an asian man and that was fine.

Rude and arrogant staff member, she seems to have a chip on her shoulder.

Anyway offering a parcel collection service, but now rudely told to read sign, paying customers only, fair enough, then won't except card payment unless you spend a minimum amount.

Seriously they need to come into the 21st century and catch up with the rest of the world, or stop offering services that they don't like offering.

I posted two parcels via yodel and the woman mixed them up, spoke to the younger guy...not helpful! spoke to the woman as I was asked to and blamed me! Saying they'd speak to yodel (they've had all day but not done). Won't be spending a single penny in there again and proper training is needed! Fuming!

Rude lady at the till refused to accept parcel twice within weeks. Avoid at all cost!

Rude staff, abrupt and no customer service skills. First time going in and won't bother again
