Overall I am very happy with my order/curtains. Good craftsmanship, the curtains look exactly as in the web-photos and as I wanted them (exact size I provided and they fit nicely). The fabric is amazing and as it was described in terms of heaviness/texture. The preparation and delivery was relatively quick given their size.

I've ordered roman blind to replace the old one. Easy to use website with good quality products, easy to assemble, when blind arrived the only issue that the chain for open/close was too short for blind size 140cm width & 215cm drop which seems obvious for such a large size window, so I had to replace it by using chain from old blind. But generally I'm happy with the product.

We needed some wide roller blinds over 3 metres in length and around 2.8 metres drop.
So easy to order, great product, great price, speedy delivery, great video measuring and fitting instructions and they look amazing.

Lovely blinds. Fast delivery. Good communication. Sadly I sent the wrong measurements (when I should have used current slat size, I measured the depth of the window )…so I had to cut the slats individually (ordered accessories off Amazon). Still loving the final look. They were all grey (until I cut the top).

Can’t express enough how pleased I am with the day and night blinds I ordered from Blinds Direct. Experienced a first class service throughout the whole process, from ordering free samples to putting up the blind. The website is so easy to use with videos showing you how to measure and install the blind, so you know exactly what you need to order and how to fit it. We decided to go for a grey stripe with the matching fabric head rail and end caps, and I am so pleased that I paid that little bit extra, because it just finishes the whole blind off nicely (see picture). With an extra 30% I felt that I received a real bargain compared to some of the other websites around. Delivery was fantastic with updates on where the order and package were up to and it even arrived earlier than expected. I’m so pleased I chose the day and night blinds as they are a cross between a Venetian blind and roller blind which gives my daughter some much needed privacy, but with a truly modern feel. I would thoroughly recommend Blinds Direct and would definitely use them again. It’s a big thumbs up from me!

We had a beautiful wetroom extension built on the house with expensive marble type tiles. We didn’t want to drill them! So we found no drill blinds on Blinds Direct. Very easy to install and no need to risk damaging wall tiles. The blind looks great. We thoroughly recommend no drill blinds and the quality from blinds Direct.

Brilliant service, speedy efficient and great quality blinds. Beware of paint smell on arrival, but goes after a week or so, it shows it was manufacturered just before shipping.. Will defiantly use again, thank you

Easy to understand & use website for ordering. Excellent selection of materials to choose from. Once ordered an estimated delivery date was provided and that is exactly when the curtains arrived. Very pleased with them, bought for my son who works shifts so chose a blackout lining. He is really happy with the curtains which we finally hang up yesterday. Would recommend this company.

Ordered 22 perfect fit shutter blinds, easy to measure with your guide. Ordering was a breeze, they arrived well packaged and the courier couldn't have been more helpful. On time when the courier said, supa clean van. Fitting was easy with your guide, my wife and I fitted all 22 in a couple of hrs. Think you will agree from the photo's product looks superb

It was so easy to order these affordable made to measure pleated blinds. I was honestly surprised on how quickly they came (just over a week). Measurements were perfect, fitting guide was clear. We couldn’t be happier. We will definitely be ordering more for other rooms.

Love the blinds and the concept of being able to order them bespoke online with no hassle. Very good value service - Shanelle Deacon in Customer Services looked after me all the way, including when I needed to claim a replacement roller blind on the optional insurance ("Surefit Guarantee") after the measurements turned out to be slightly wrong!

Very pleased with the product and the competitive pricing. However, even more pleased with the efficiency and handling of my query from customer services. No quibble or having to prove anything. The process of measuring and fitting is clearly explained with accompanying videos! The order process was quick and easy! Our beautiful vertical blinds arrived on time I had them fitted in less than an hour! Very impressed with the whole process quality of the blinds and the value for money. Our blinds came on time and were absolutely gorgeous. We had a change of colour which has made a massive difference to the look. It was easy to order and was updated with progress.

Excellent service all round. There was plenty of choice on the easy-to-use website, the blinds arrived quickly and both were put up in an hour - maybe that's a tribute to the very helpful YouTube instructional vids. Most importantly, they look good and seem to be of very good quality.

Our blind was delivered after a few days,fits perfectly but some of the material is creased,hopefully it will drop out after a few days,if not it will have to come down

Measuring video makes it simple. Comms is spot on. The fitting is easy and the sizes exact!! Best and easiest blinds to fit ever!!! Perfect!! Would 100% recommend!!!
