Vertu Volkswagen looked after us incredibly well when we purchased our Polo. This car was to replace a Polo we purchased with them back in January. Unfortunately, that car had been written off after an accident. Ryan secured the replacement Polo for us and turned it around within 24 hours, the car was immaculate, clean and well presented in the showroom. I once again recently required the services of the body shop at Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield for my Jaguar F Pace following damage I caused to the front vallance after running into a concrete planter in my own garden.
The service provided by Carl Sharp and the work force in the body shop was again top class and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for any repair work required to your vehicles bodywork.

I’d very much recommend Vertu Huddersfield and especially Lewis. Good communications throughout. I was wanting to purchase a brand new car. Lead times are long with all car retailers at present. I was given the option to purchase a car that was on order already, so would have it much sooner. Kept posted along the way. All stages explained. Post sale quick response to any queries. Professional and friendly service from Lewis. Really impressed with my T Roc R Line. Decent finance offers and part exchange too.

I have just taken delivery of my second VW Polo from Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield, and although this was a different experience to the first one - having to buy my new car online - it was nonetheless just as positive. I was quite worried having not seen the car, apart from on line, but Lewis put me at ease and was very reassuring. He talked me through the process and always followed up with an email and any documentation that was required. He kept me informed every step of the way and answered all the queries I had about the car very knowledgeably. He delivered the car personally and the handover was seamless. All the documentation was provided either at the time of handover or very quickly via email the same day.
Lewis made what could have been a very daunting experience a very pleasant and easy one.
