Had a very strange encounter when trying to top my electric card up, I asked the staff working on the counter to get their manager to help with my problem I paid to top a new electric card up and the card was invalid (the electric one) so I was under the impression they’d give my money back however me being disgruntled and annoyed at the situation was told it would be three days for my money back baring in mind I hadn’t even left the shop or received any product or service! This shabby lady appeared from the back called Carla and what a massive misrepresentation to the larger chain (Tesco) she was. She had no customer service skills what so ever, she appeared and instantly became angry (raising her voice at an already disgruntled customer) I’m not sure what training regime or practice they have in place but this lady had no customer service skills or representation towards one stop or Tesco what so ever. I fear for any old men or women that have to deal with her embarrassing attitude in the future and she should be dismissed from her position immediately until she is fully trained.
However I will continue to use my local shop as the other staff there are very welcoming and all great to speak with.
