True professionals, took my bike in for a gold service after three years of getting battered and the gents got it back to me within the week. They were honest and thorough in their assessment of what maintenance was needed and so far it looks like they carried it out perfectly.

Recently competed in the Stoneyhurst Triathlon and B-Spoke completely saved my day! Discovered my front derailleur was out of alignment on the way to transition. They dropped everything (still setting up!) and got my bike working again! Really knowledgeable and knew their stuff, even checked and adjusted my brakes and gave the rest of the bike a check over without even asking. If they are at an event you are doing then I highly recommend getting at least a pre or post race check from them. Again thanks so much and hopefully see you again soon!

The pre and post sales service has been excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending buying a bike from here. I'd go as far as to say they've gone above and beyond what you might expect to make sure things are as you would expect. The lads are super helpful and very friendly too

Amazing service! I struggled to get my bike to them for a service and the offered to pick it up from me. I was then a pain collrcting it up due to work commitments but they were so lovely and friendly and kept in regular contact. I would recommend them to anyone!

Proper helped me out, they were very busy but when I said I had the Llandudno triathlon in a couple of days and bike needed fixing. Told me to fetch it in. Guess what they sorted it, despite having bikes to do for Kona thanks brilliant service
