Sports Direct Dewsbury, February 2nd, 2022, the staff very diligent and helpful, opened up the changing room and exchanged some T-Shirts, purchased a pair of new shorts. They also went out of their way to lower the pair of shorts from a rail that was too high for me to reach. Excellent service.

Went in today staff were really busy, the manager was dealing with some idiot at the front of the store who was swearing and trying to head butt him. Once the manager had got rid of the prized idiot and what looked like the guys mother, who I bet was really proud of her sons behaviour he came straight over and looked after us, I told him he should ring the police, he was calm, professional and gave us great service after, what must have been a very traumatic incident, the guy deserves a medal for having to deal with dregs like that.
People need patience, especially mummies boys like Ben.

I went to the Dewsbury store this morning with a problem regarding a recent purchase. The staff were not obliged to do anything as it was an online purchase. To return the item would mean that it would not be back in time for Christmas and so would have caused upset. However, they went above and beyond to sort my issue. The staff were brilliant and i can't praise them enough for their assistance. Thank you.

I visited the Dewsbury store this morning.I could not see the tracksuit bottoms I needed for my grandchild.I asked one of the floor staff for assistance.This young man was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me,and also helped me getting a good deal on buying two pairs.so well done Dewsbury store.wish I'd got this young man's name.well done .thank you.

Expect to wait 20 minutes in a queue on Mondays - Thursday - and upto an hour on weekends. The recent sale during these covid times means you have no choice but to endure this! Happy shopping :D

We went in today to have a look for white trainers. The person i asked for different sizes was so helpful and checked many different sizes to fit our children.walked out with 3 pairs. Fantastic experience

Not sure about this Victorian Workhouse they talk about at Sports Direct? We don't live in Russia, if you don't like the firm you work for...you have the choice to resign and get a firm you do like to work for...vote with your feet??

Too much gear to look at in one visit. Prices ok not a rip off. like some shops. Will be back.
