Boots

A nice little store that has a bit of everything you will need.
It’s used by myself and my partner for prescriptions, I recently had to collect a bee type of inhaler - the pharmacist took me right through it making sure I understood the process.
Stockists of perfume, aftershave, hairspray, hair products, men’s bathroom shizzle, etc etc.
There’s also a weight machine should you wish to use it.

Staff very friendly, applied a £5 discount for me just because they could. :p

Able to find everything needed, good opening times and very close to the train station and bus stops for further travel.

Really lovely staff. Very very helpful. My daughter has a milk allergy and I couldn’t get her prescription from my usual pharmacy. Called boots in sunbury, a very lovely woman took all the details and told me it’d be in stock for me to collect the very next day! Super helpful and a massive relief.

Was able to get what I required not too busy. Very helpful pharmacist due to emergency prescription. So nice. For all your medical needs

There is a young man that works as a pharmacist there i'm not sure of his name but he has long hair tied back and a button up shirt. He is so professional and helpful and gives excellent Advice.

Can't see why all the negative reviews for this store. I attend this shop on very regular occasions & I can only go by my experiences.

I have never been treated other than courteously by all the staff in both pharmacy & shop area.

If there is a problem getting my medication ready they always inform me & try their best to sort it out.

If they are really busy (which they are most of the time) they'll tell you how long it will take to fulfill your prescription & will even contact your doctor's surgery if there are any issues.

I don't know as to why other people have commented about lazy or rude staff as I have never witnessed them being rude or disrespectful to customers, although I can't say the same for some of the customers attitudes & abusive behaviour towards them. They are always doing their best to fulfill customers needs, so I don't see the 'lazy' comment being truthful either.

Before anyone makes any snide replies to my comments, I do not work for boots or know the staff personally & also am not related to any of them.

some of the reviews are quite damning, however i have never had a problem collecting my medication from Boots. i require frequent medication and they always order and receive them in very good time and let me know as soon as they come in. Service is sufficient and overall much better than Lloyds Pharmacy in Lower Sunbury.

Boots is good. Friendly helpful staff. They always try to get the medication sorted as soon as possible. Even offering alternative where needed. Well laid out.

Very helpful staff. Put granddaughters medicine on a priority order for next morning collection. Wonderful helpful staff, one of the best Boots stores in the area

Boots the pharmacy have been so helpful on both occasions when I have called them asking if they had an item in stock,both times they have gone out of their way to check for me,friendly,polite,great customer service.

Never had a problem with this store, dont think i'm allowed to mention any names but there's a young girl in there that's particularly friendly. They always try and help where possible

Have used for many years as parking is easy. I use it not only for prescription collections but online collections and random needs.

Good place to get prescriptions from and manged to get my flu jab here too. Nothing negative from me !
