Store is clean and clear access for prams and wheelchairs. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always stocked well too. Lots of parking. The only thing I avoid is visiting at the weekend when Chelmsford is rammed, it’s hard to get to and leave , with traffic times being longer than your shopping times.

My car broke down in the Aldi car park yesterday and the staff where amazing they helped try to push my car they also kept checking on me as I was waiting for hours and even offered me the staffing facilities so I didn’t have to wait in the car

The parking is good. We were parked in a blue badge bay. But I would recommend reversing into them as there is plenty of comings and goings making reversing out of them tricky.

Very large new store with wide range of produce, most at very competitive prices. Didn't see a fresh bakery - maybe they'll add that feature. Plenty of parking space & very cheerful staff. We'll visit again.

What a helpful customer service they've got here... now this location is quite big, bigger than where we normally go in Medway, Kent. but what we love and thankful for is the customer service, they can be quite an extra sometimes. So, anytime we are around this location, we'll, rest assured you guys have got a customer out of us. Thanks, again

Very good prices and the meat section was full of lean lovely pieces.

Was a bit surprised that I wasn't allowed to pack at the till had to go to a different area to do that. I understand that's how Aldis work so now I know for next time

Stuart went out of his way to help me yesterday & was SO helpful, polite & patient.

And I shall definitely be returning to your store regularly while my local branch in Wickford is being "improved" & renovated. If it turns out half as nice as the Chelmsford Parkway branch, I will be a very happy shopper!

Generally quiet when I visited the store .. mid week approx 11.30am, so easy to social distance.
Shelves well stocked ... good range of products, and somewhat cheaper than the top well known supermarket chains

Love shopping at aldi especially for cheap essentials

I got everything I got. The only thing wrong was the queues. Aldi staff need to improve that having 3 different queues makes it confusing to the customer. To make it easier have a one way system so that customers are all going the same way and that way customers know what tills to go straight for.

Spotless, COVID aware, well stocked and very helpful staff. Great prices throughout the store, their meat products are 2nd to none, as well as their fruit and veg selection. A pleasure to shop there.

Bought every item on my list and more. Plenty of choice. Nice and easy going round the isles. No queuing and quick at the checkout. Thank you very much xx
