Absolutely horrific experience picking up my parcels. I had two codes but the other parcel which was from a very very expensive brand. The box I was expecting was opened and hidden under the counter. I asked the man who was helping me. There is a parcel over there that is from an expensive brand worth £260. The owner of this retched weedshack then he started screaming at me and told me to go home and complain to DPD about this. I asked him about the box under the counter is from this very expensive brand that I was expecting to collect. Then he came right up to my face and started shouting obscenities and told to get out of his shop. Not allowing me to see the box. Apparently this incompetent abusive monster bid is the owner.
I am a disabled woman and I felt like he was going to hit me because he was telling me he was going to touch me. .
He then pushed me while screaming threatening words on to my face. . Towering over me.I told him I am going. But he just kept He kept pushing me towards the door while I was walking backwards. A huge huge dog was then unleashed in the shop. Very disturbing behaviour. I went to pick up a parcel not rob the bloody teen selling everything shack.
The owner has some serious mental health issues and seems to enjoy belittling, threatening, being aggressive, horrifying and abusing towards women. ( Read the other reviews about how he is
abusing women)
I am not the only one abused by this aggressive, owner. He needs to do this to men his own size.
He then he continued to push me out of the shop while he was still shouting up in my face. I was walking backwards. Being disabled I was not quick enough for his monster. He repeatedly slammed the door on one of my legs and foot while I was trying to get out. Then he gave me a last hit onto my face while slamming the door. . Such a demonising experience in this filthy shop. This shop should not be a collection point for DPD. I will complain to them about this. Filthy shop not suitable for parcels to be collected. Especially for expensive items. This shows that he is aggressive towards women. He genuinely needs to be assessed.
After all this my leg was becoming painful., I called the police immediately. They advised me to go to hospital and get my leg checked out asap. The police will deal with this. Theft of my parcels, assault , threatening and demonising behaviour.
I am expecting the police to come to do a home visit because they were concerned about my safety being a disabled woman.and alone. After my X-ray results are done. I will press charges of assault and battery. Including charges of threatening behaviour and anything else I have missed.
I would never go to this incompetent owner of the shop and I would try any other company I can. Or I would prefer to just let the company come and collect it. Especially if it’s expensive. I don’t trust this shop to receive anything.

Unlucky for some perhaps. Needed to drop off a DPD return. I was there at opening (08:00), they were not. I went to another one at 08:10. Stuff happens potentially, but that's for other reviews.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I got my broadband router delivered to Lucky Mart for collection and it was delivered yesterday. This morning when I tried finding out how to collect it DPD told me it's being sent back to the sender.

I cannot fathom why they couldn't hold a small parcel for the required 7 days (or even 2!). If you don't have capacity to hold parcels for longer than 24hrs you shouldn't be a registered collection point!

i went to pick up a buger, and the stuff next to it we're all mouldy, i was horrified,i told the guy and he just nodded, i dropped everything and walked out!
