Our first visit, we had the pleasure of dealing with Kev, wish i could give higher than 5 stars because these guys deserve it. Went as a pair with somone else so looking for 2 complete setups. Attentive and professional throughout even with my 1000's of questions. We gave a budget when we arrived and by the time we got to the till and totalled up it was pretty much bang on! Will definitely be back in the future knowing we'll be taken care of by a quality team who definitely know their stuff.

Went to Wales archery on Tuesday for a replacement string, arrow rest and some arrows.

Stu was the chap that helped me out. Very informative, explained everything he was doing, answered all my newbie questions and set my bow up.

The store has an impressive selection of premade arrows to dial in the perfect spine for your draw length and weight.

I never felt rushed, took the time to get it right for me and I would shop here again without hesitation.

As a side note, the other staff were all pleasant and dealing with other customers. Great atmosphere.

This has to be the best archery shop in the uk it has a wide range of bows for all classes. The service is excellent and the staff go above and beyond to help from simple stuff to setting up your bow.

Love walking into this shop... Haven't had chance for a wile as it's a hour drive and I don't drive. But I'll be popping in soon to drop my bow off, for new Sting and cables and a fine tune ☝🏻

What a fantastic visit. Thea looked after us so well. We were really impressed with the whole experience. She was so patient and made it all enjoyable - especially the conversations about colour coordination of the kit!! Big thank you from us!

Went here after wanting to get back into my archery and these guys really know what they are talking about! Full of good information and tips on local areas you can go. Got myself all set up for archery with them and couldn't of been happier with the service i recieved, well done guys!

I even managed to break the nock off one of my arrows and when i took it back it was replaced as part of the price of the bow i'd bought two days before! Brilliant!

Thoroughly recommended. Went down to get a beginner's bow kit and the staff interaction and care shown in getting me everything I needed within my budget was top-notch. Managed to shoot with it last night and everything felt great. Thanks team!

What an amazing place, in a old church I think. As a beginner I went in looking for my first archery set up. Absolutely amazing service, very helpful staff, they really know their stuff. They have everything you'll ever need. Bow and arrows in all shapes, sizes and styles to suit all budgets. It can get very busy, I mean busy especially Saturday so prepare to wait. I was explained everything, chose something in my price range the young lad sorted everything out. Again fantastic service.

Came in to get a Bow for my friends Birthday, Stuart kindly helped us out.

Can't say enough good things about him and the shop. He was absolutely meticulous in helping my friend get the right bow and setup.

This is going to be a long one
After a plesant experance in store with another company then finding out that ordering online from them was nothing like this 2 orders of standard of the shelf stuff took over a week to get posted me not happy .

So after some digging found Wales archery.
Rang them up for some advice and spoke to Adam very helpfull on the phone placed a order after they had closed on friday for some arrows cut down to my size .
Got a email saying they had been shipped Tuesday
Very happy with this as I didn't expect anything to get done over the weekend I know how busy shops are.
Then a issue with the delivery company today was delt with super swiftly.
Overall the customer service is second to none very happy and will be useing them for anything I need from now on it's a shame there so far away from me.

Visited to get set up with my first bow. Adam guided me through the process and answered any questions I had. Well worth the long drive to visit

All the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Shop is well stocked and good prices. I bought my first bow and kit from them a week ago and they couldn't do enough for me. Adam was very helpful with setting it up for me and helping with my shooting. By the time I left the shop I was hitting 2 out of 3 targets. In short it doesn't get any better than Wales Archery Specialists.

As a complete novice, I was a little nervous about buying my first ever Bow, so I scheduled a 2 hour slot at "Wales Archery Specialists" for Friday 26th Nov which meant that I benefited from the Black Friday deal. I did not expect such a welcoming attitude from all of the team, it was refreshing to be made to feel at home. I was helped by Ian (Chippy), who after asking me some detailed questions about my intended approach to archery, he explained the options available to me. I never felt pressured into overpaying, actually the focus was to sell me kit that would help me as a beginner with the ability to upgrade at a later date. Ian kitted me out for approximately 2/3 of my budget which again is very refreshing, as it is quite easy to get carried away with such a large display of Bows and ancillaries. I will return to this shop for any upgrades or new additions to my Bows. I have to give this shop a firm 5/5 predominantly based on the attitude of Ian and his colleagues and the fact that I never felt pressured into over spending and the wide array of kit to choose from........

Justin managed to give me everything for beginners Justin time before close! Super helpful! Gave me a run down on basic starter equipment!
