Love it. Most products are cheaper than Tesco's, and ten times better quality too. I only shop here and lidls.

The quality is very good and prices are not bad for the quality of what you are buying. It has a good flower range of fresh flowers. Excellent bakery.

The range of some items is limited, but you can get most things you need.

Unfortunately, the parking spaces are very narrow. Much narrower than other parking areas.

Lovely staff and good food. Love the bread in the bakery. Yes things are more expensive in M&S compared with some supermarkets. But it often does taste better and with the rising prices, it don't seem like such a big difference.

Absolutely lovely shop. Staff are friendly and polite bread is very fresh. Most of what we bought was cheaper than larger supermarkets.

Good location, good variety of food for a comparatively small unit. The staff are excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.
The car park is large enough and you will receive your £1 back if you spend over £10 in store. This is credited to you at the till.

One of the best shops, a little pricey sometimes but quality of food is usually very good. They have good social distancing measures at this time which is always appreciated. I get my meals from here time to time, can't really afford to have every meal from here but really would if I could. Their meals arn't insanely pricey but I don't have the biggest budget. Although, with that said I can still afford to eat here a few times a week. They have a lovely cafe too (not open at the moment with social distancing measures) where they serve hot food and drinks that are truly delightful. They serve really delicious smoothies in the cafe freshly made as well.
Overall, a good place, very high quality.

Quality always sells, M&S always get their food right, from sustainable sources, quality assured with a wide range of everything from choice cuts, vegetables, fruit and many more. A good range of wines at not silly prices, deserts too. They also offer their meal deal for two, worth a look I can tell you. Pleasant and helpful staff who are always willing to point you in the right direction. Anyone in Chepstow looking for that special meal need not look no further it's all there including their super ready meals enjoy as it's well recommended ☺🍷👍

Very friendly service at a busy time from Judi

It is always very unlikely that we will spend £140 to get £14 off especially in Wales as any wine is not counted due to the extra tax on alcohol.

Good well stocked store with plenty of staff on hand to help reduce customers queuing times. Friendly and efficient. Just a small car park to rear which you have to pay for unless you spend over £10 and this is redeemable.

Arrived 25 minutes early to collect my Christmas order only to be told I'd have to wait which was not a problem. However within minutes a lovely member of staff had found my order and then proceeded to find me in the store. Superb customer service, thank you

Handy lunch stop on coach trip from Surrey to Tenby. Cafe staff all most helpful and friendly. Tomato and Basil soups and rolls tasty. Enjoyed the experience. Howard & Frances Muir

I visited chepstow store yesterday (23rd Dec) I have to say the shelves were superbly stocked and the lady on the till was lovely..very jolly and chatty and thoroughly enjoyed her role..it was a pleasure to be served by her.

Lovely store, friendly, helpful staff. Good to be able to pick up 'click and collect' purchases. Very handy if travelling by bus!

Love this place .staff as always mostly friendly.Only disappointment is the cafe. Could improve personal interactions there. Hate being talked around
