O2 Shop Enfield

Had a good experience when I visited O2 today. Gentlemen named Sam 10/10 for him. He took his time to deal with our problem and tried his best to help us out. He definitely needs a promotion. Sam was helpful and reassuring, and sorted out the issues we had, going over and above to ensure we had a working phone, he took the time to sort this despite pressure of a busy shop. The customer service was amazing.

Visited yesterday to upgrade my phone. Excellent service from Jibril, very helpful and patient - superstar. There were several of us oldies in store and all the staff were very helpful, kind and patient. Very good experience, so glad I went there.

Was at the shop few days ago and i'm very satisfied with the service.
Stephanie was very kind and helpful, she explained and helped me for all i needed , also her colleague was very nice and helpful.
They gave me a very good offer and i much appreciated.

Serkan could not have been more patient whilst my sister and I chose a new phone. We were intending to research the best phone and retire to have a think, but had no problem committing ourselves to a purchase after being dealt with such clarity and expert product knowledge. Serkan ensured we didn't leave the shop until we had understood and tested every function of the phone. We left totally confident in the new phone and happy in the knowledge that we could have a full refund in 14 days if we were not completely happy. Great. Thank you Serkan. I came to the shop for a SIM Card swap as I had lost my phone. The assistant who served me Richard, was sympathetic, very polite and managed to resolve my issue with a thorough and detailed understanding of my plight. He was reassuring and a the overall service was exceptional. Well done o2

Came in as a new customer as heard good things about o2 and was having problems with my previous carrier. Soteris and his team have all been extremely helpful as I unfortunately had to return the phone I had taken out on contract but wanted to keep my number. We encountered some obstacles to retain my number but every team member I spoke to the few times I came in were instantly on it and helping me in no time.

The care taken and genuine attention was really great. Something I never had with my previous carrier.

Cheers to the whole team in Enfield, really setting an example for phone shops!

Went in to look for a contract for a new phone for my girlfriend and Serkan helped us get a new contract for an iPhone 14, he was very knowledgeable about everything, including outside companies deals. We purchased the new contract with a tablet, he upsold us a lot and we were very happy when we left. I may return to get a contract for my phone when I sell my phone to a company Serkan recommended for me to get the best price.

Lovely staff. Only went in to enquire and they were lovely, smiley but yet professional.

Great service. I really wanted to see a pixel 3 xl and feel it. The display units wont let me pick it up but the gentleman working there got me one from their stock room and allowed me to have a go and explained me the features and the other best android phones on the market this year. He had a great knowledge of the phones and specs. I was very happy with my visit. That gentleman deserves a praise.

I was looking for the best operator. I had browsing few places in Enfield Town before I make decision. Which one it's good for me and how is good coveredge in my post code.
The assisrant was professional polite exilent knowledge. Reasonable prices too.

Received excellent service here this week. I'm a bit of a numpty with tech stuff but staff member Soteris explained the procedure for retaining my existing phone number after moving to O2.
