Brilliant service- I was really overwhelmed and confused by the amount of deals and different providers. I was served by Benz who was attentive and thorough on explaining and
breaking down everything I needed to know. no pressure and genuine customer service.

I went to O2 in Walthamstow and Benz and Adam have totally restored my faith in O2. They went the extra mile to get me the best possible deal. Both were friendly and professional. I will definitely be going back. Many thanks 5⭐

I was distraught as my mobile appeared to have died and I was fully expecting to have to have it repaired or buy a new one. However a fabulous guy in O2 got my phone back up and running by doing some kind of reboot! I'm very grateful.

I was served by Nabillah and she was super helpful - she made the process of moving my number from a shared account into my own much easier than I expected.

Came in to upgrade my sim to 5g. Assisted by Lester who was incredibly friendly, polite and professional. Great customer service and sorted out my transfer in 2 mins. Highly recommended.

Bunch of lovely staff at a franchise store, with employees that deep down love their employer. Employer really does push his employees..... to sell contracts. It's a shame to see what was once a great store now turned to shite, needs a total retrain, restaffing or perhaps new management as in franchise owners.
