The lady in charge was sat looking at her tablet. I said I was trying to find something to go with an outfit and was struggling. She just said I know its difficult and carried on with whatever was more interesting on her tablet. Not very helpfull!!

Spent £230 in the shop had to take an item back. Non in stock so was given a credit note but still had to wait nine months for new boots to come in stock. They would not order the required boots (not a happy recipient of a late Christmas gift)

Staff need better training in customer service. Not interested unless it suits them.
