You’ll get excellent service here, this is my go to shop in town for hardware.
The staff know how to treat their customers, they’re genuinely interested in being as helpful as possible.
Wish other businesses in town took a leaf from their book. Long may this business last. 11/10 for going the extra mile.

Fay and her team are just lovely. They are friendly and helpful and we are always greeted with a smile. We visit quite often with my handicapped brother and everyone is so good with him. They deserve 5 stars!

Friendly and helpful staff each time I have been in the store… good range of products and the store was bigger than I expected it was going to be, very pleased Rightway have chosen Hoylake and there always seems to be a good offer… batteries this last time, just in time for Christmas lights 🙂

I'm a local handyman and use store alot I stopped going for a bit because they had a new member of staff , a bald fella with tatoos I heard him being rude and loud to customers, then he was extremely rude and aggressive with me over a return.
Thankfully he's now gone and the products are great and the staff are brilliant , I'm always in there again cannot fault how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are especially Fay&Danny .

Have the most lovely experience with the staff they are so helpful explaining how to use products and the Christmas window is so inviting just had to go in ended up buying some Xmas goodies for my window

Products were reasonably priced with some excellent offers. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

Danny really helped me to source the perfect colour paint for my living room-‘sunrise’ and some weeds killer. So friendly, efficient and helpful- superstar!
