Adelphi Hotel

We had a fantastic stay here. Great location. The architecture and rooms of the hotel were awesome. The hotel Staff was friendly. And the bar had Tetley’s on tap. We were even visited by a ghost in our room. We Will definitely come back the next time we are in Liverpool.

We stayed here as part of a caledonian travel break. It was a lovely room with excellent food provided. The entertainment was also amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to stay in the centre of Liverpool.

The Staff is very cooperative and nice. Mostly Jayraj , Ali and George best service i have ever seen but this is my first time in Liverpool. Jayraj made me feel as if i was his family member. I was so happy he made me feel so welcomed.

Great value for money, room a bit dated and would have liked a shower, but biggest bath I've had. Meals good and bottle of good wine for £10 in the restaurant. Great location, 5 minutes from train station. It gets bad reviews but it was the best value I've ever had. Lounge area is spectacular. Staff friendly especially in the restaurant.

Hotel is lovely. Rooms are lovely. Staff are lovely.
The only problem we had was a smell of urine in the area near the toilets where the reception is. Apart from that rest was lovely and I'll definitely be back!

I didn't stay in the hotel. I attended an event here. The part of the hotel we were in was so grand. Exactly as you would expect from a big old hotel. The food we had as part of the event was really nice. Would give it 8/10. The service from staff was great. The location, right in the heart of Liverpool is handy for train stations, buses and cars.

It's very old and needs some TLC but what a beautiful nostalgic experience.
The rooms are huge and the bath was really big. The water is so soft I almost drowned in bubbles.
I really good place to stay for z night and then spend the day exploring the city.

I stayed at The Adelphi Hotel because it was named the most haunted hotel in the United Kingdom 🇬🇧 This is my review - I ended up arriving an hour before check in but thankfully the man at reception allowed me to check in early, that’s a star! ⭐ My room was massive the only issue I had was it was abit cold in there but I had the facilities to make a hot drink to warm me up - that’s a star! ⭐ Is this Hotel haunted? No I walked around the hotel and couldn’t find anything that would make me think this place was haunted - That’s a star ⭐The bathroom was very dated and water kept coming out the taps all night but they did have a caution sign in the bathroom to take care when standing, 5 Stars 🌟

The Location of the hotel is perfect if you love live music the town is a 2 minute walk plenty of shops and 10 minute walk to the cavern club and less then 15 mins to Albert docks

Rooms were spotless staff were brilliant polite and very helpful all meals were buffet style plate was fully loaded nothing seemed to much trouble even one evening there wasn't any vegetarian meals and the chef made her a special meal
The actual location was brilliant right in the centre of town not to far to walk anywhere loadsof transport buses taxis even scooters

I wasn't expecting much at all, based on the many negative reviews, but our stay was great. Very clean and friendly staff!! There was a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, and complimentary toiletries. The shower had good pressure and was hot. The only thing is that the decor is dated. I would definitely stay here again.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Adelphi Hotel 🏨 of Liverpool is a very good place for any type of venue. Adelphi Hotel 🏨 is very admirable site for sitting, lunch, dinner 🍽 and also for celebrating 🎉 of any event. All the staff are very cooperative and also Manager.

Stayed here for 1 night. No issues whatsoever and the manager Ali was really helpful and very accommodating. Great location.

The staff were so welcoming and the most of all Jayraj was outstanding with the service he provided for us whilst we stayed at Adelphi Hotel we felt so happy with our stay Thank you so much we will definitely stay here again.

Exactly what you expect from the adelphi. Old fashioned hotel with massive entrance and big rooms. Food was nice. Great location.

Beautiful place, interior design awesome, rooms clean and spacious, meals excellent, good pint, highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Hotel whilst working in the hotel as a contractor for a few weeks, the staff were great really friendly & helpful, rooms were good value for money and the restaurant was superb

Not been for a few years, went for 2 days on the 11th nov 2023, since last visit the rooms have been done up very nicely with gd facilities and are very clean, looks like most of the hotel carpets have been replaced giving it a very nice tasteful elegant look. Top value compared to other hotels in a very gd spot for railway and town life. We will definitely be going back again. Dave from lowton.

Britannia Adelphi Hotel is located within (0.5m) Liverpool city centre , it is a nice aged hotel but still maintain average structures.
It has good and spacious environment.

Nostalgic quirky full of original features. The grand lounge is stunning. Rooms are clean. Nice deep old baths!! Takes you back in time.
Service was fine. Staff were nice enough. No fake pretense like you get in other hotels very down to earth
