Would just like to post this, we came for a meal the night before my mates wedding and everythin was great!

Thank you Jack, Bill, Judson and the entire team of excellent, attentive waitstaff, as well as the great kitchen chefs without whom nothing could happen! Our family event for 38 persons was coordinated and executed with no hiccups. We highly recommend The Club House for your future events both big and small.

Absolutely amazing food and very friendly and efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Live music was a bonus. reasonably priced. We will definitely be back. A+

We had a lovely meal here with cocktails. Waiter was very polite and it was nice and warm. Situated at the top of Liverpool One, there was plenty of outside sitting space which would be great in summer. The menu had a good selection of items. We would definitely go back there again.

We went in for my dad’s birthday meal, and it was wonderful service before we even arrived. We got stuck in traffic and called just to let them know ahead of time we might be late. Reservation got pushed back 10 minutes without issue. On arrival it was a quick and easy process to get to the table. Service was impeccable & every staff member who served said happy birthday and was lovely. Made my dad feel very happy. 10/10 experience all around

Have been here many times. Food is always delicious - the Haninging Kebabs legendary! Very pleasant surroundings and attentive staff.
Unfortunately there was an issue with the coffee machine on this visit, but the 4 of our party who ordered hot drinks had their drinks immediately refunded. Definitely a favourite place to visit😀

I just love the hanging kebabs, especially the chicken & chorizo & try & come when I'm visiting home. The cocktails are delicious. I brought my mum & she's never been & dishes loved it as much as me!

We decided to book Club House for our staff Christmas Meal, from the get go the service was great. Booked original with Bradley who sent us a menu and asked for us to pre order our meals to prevent any disappointment. As their was 13 of us this was a very good idea and saved any messing around on the night.

When we arrived to Club House we were greeted by Mike and Freddie, the pair were very hospitable and took us straight through to our table. We sat in the inside/outside annex, this was a great space and very warm.

The service was exceptional all night from the food arriving in a timely manner and drink service being amazing, even when we asked for cocktails that were not on the menu the Izzy behind the bar happily made these, due to this we decided to stay a lot later than expected.

I would like to thank all the staff on site as they made our experience a wonderful one.

This is defiantly a restaurant I will be visiting again and would recommend for group booking or even a date night.

staff are always so friendly and welcoming always go above and beyond to give the best service. food is always gorgeous and fresh,fast service too. Place is beautifully decorated and always a good vibe even with little ones x

We had a really great staff night out. We went for the buffet menu and the food was lovely. Could have just done with labels so staff knew what they were eating. Our server kept checking in and looked after us well. Thank you for a great Christmas night out.

Love this place. Relaxed and great food. Service sometimes slows at the bar if it's busy, but I guess that's what happens when making cocktails one at a time with only a few staff. Otherwise, it is highly recommended

The food and service were amazing, but such a shame as a couple to be placed in a room with a huge and loud Christmas party. Do t get me wrong, I know it’s Christmas party season and I’m not being a killjoy. But this party must have had 15/20 people in the centre long table of a room, with a few tables round the outside for 2. It just made a date night feel not so special. I think in future the Club House should either have all Christmas parties in the same room or just don’t put couples in the same room with them.

The Clubhouse staff and venue were perfect for our team Christmas meal. Their communication and adaptability were fantastic. There were 26 of us in the end, with late additions, people dropped out and even an extra person turning up on the day. But the team were so helpful and were able to accommodate all the changes. The food and service was lovley as well. I would definitely recommend.

We met and were greeted very warmly, we were also taken to the conservatory part which was so cosy and I really prefer this to sitting inside. We had a table for 5 and each had a different meal and every single one of us were very happy with the meal and the drinks. I would highly recommend the hanging kebab as the who flavour was great. The drinks also were good

Great place with a large outdoor area. Food was great and all staff were really friendly. Our 4 year old daughter fell over outside (not the establishments fault) and hurt her knee so the staff gave her a free ice cream which she was obviously delighted about. A bit of a wait for drinks but not too bad at all considering it was packed there.

Table for 5 booked on Sunday evening. Seated straight away with menus.
Server came to take drinks order and we ordered food at the same time.
Drinks & starters came out promptly.
We waited a while for starter plates to be cleared.
Once table cleared our mains arrived promptly.
Couldn't fault food and couldn't fault the service from Server.
The only thing that let service down was having out empty starter dishes in front of us for a while.
Will definitely return.

Lovely bar. nice atmosphere while also being popular as it always seems busy. Near to lots of shops so handy for a break from shopping, and also nice enough to start a night or go for a date. Staff are well trained and mannered which is always the case in Liverpool tbf.

This is the first time that my friends and I have visited this restaurant at the Liverpool One centre. Unfortunately, it was raining but it is clear that on a sunny day it would be a great place to eat outside.
Of particular note here is the service. Our waitress, Shauna was knowledgeable, friendly and gave great advice on the menu options. The servers who brought food to the table were also very friendly.
Calamari was disappointing but otherwise the food was really nice. Really enjoyed the lamb lofts skewers and we were all surprised by the warm, freshly baked loaf with gravy.

We had our micro wedding reception here last night and the staff(especially our lovely waitress Elise) were amazing. We had use of the winter garden(conservatory) and they gave up the room to be dressed so we literally had it all day and night with no one disturbing us or chasing us out. They were so accommodating. The food was fab. The kids food looked great fun. I want to thank them all (especially Mike for cutting the cake so i didnt have to) for all being brilliant, great fun, absolutely lovely.
Would recommend these for a normal meal out or a family event, nothing is too much trouble. Plus the venue is quirky and fab.

On Monday; myself and a friend popped in for a bottle of wine, we were greeted by a lovely gentlemen who I think was called Fred? He saw us to our table and took the time to show us through the wine menu and made knowledgable recommendations and helped to make a decision; poured the wine and we enjoyed a lovely conversation and thoroughly enjoyed the evening and he is a credit to the company!
