Wow just wow I got a bucket of chicken not only was it hot and fresh it was also delicious and the Customer service to I had a friendly interaction with Oliver while I was ordering my food get this guy a raise!! It’s very hard to find an employee and food like this in Stevenage so I highly recommend.

Decided to give them ago again and was really pleasantly surprised. Not sure if new owner or process but the quality and speed are so much better. Staff on drive through are great - and crucially orders have been accurate (3/3! 👍). Whole family agreed the food was really good - neatly “put together” for burgers and hot and tasty.

Terrible. Going back to the problems with chicken delivery, even months and months later there were and still are problems. I ordered 2 chicken fillet burgers at the drive through. When I got home I found they had no salad or sauces. Tried calling off and on for DAYS. Never a reply. I always have to check the order and the drive through and 9 times out of ten there is a problem.

Fingers crossed the new KFC near the Range will be better.
I have vowed never to return.

Great food,always nice now and again to eat out,but sometimes eat in.lovely staff.

Nice and empty as it was mid afternoon. Very friendly and helpful staff who interacted with my grandkids and they loved it. Food served up very quickly.

Well what can we say other than thank you Ollie! This young man is a true asset to your company. His customer service skills are amazing. He is professional, friendly and always makes sure our order is correct, we are a fussy lot. Thank you again and we will be returning soon.

No app, no boards and the idea of a 45 minute wait. Meant that we weren't interested in them entertaining anything our food order.

Great KFC, fast and fresh. We won't use the KFC near the stevenage football ground they seem to alway run out of chicken and you have to wait ages. No wait here and staff are friendly

A little busy but, wasn't kept waiting too long, food was warm and edible, place was clean and turnover was good.

We must of had a lucky day after reading all the bad reviews. Chicken Burger and chips all cooked fresh and were hot. Haven't had a kfc in a long time, but for an unhealthy meal on a long drive home it hit the spot. Staff were fine too. Liked the fact they have little wet wipes to clean hands, saves digging the baby wipes out.

All I can say is that I will be definitely coming back again. The food so tender and warm. The cleanliness is really good. Just outstanding 👍🏼

Really fresh chicken comes straight off the bone , really clean place , also skin on fries are lovely , deffo coming back whenever I can

I love a bit of KFC and this restaurant tends to give a good standard. Service is usually very good but in busy times, they often run low on chicken. The upside of that however is that for a (relatively short) wait, you get super hot and fresh chicken!

Usual services from this well known chain situated on the Stevenage commercial centre next to the railway station. The staff are very pleasant and the place is always kept clean and tidy. You never wait long to get served

Was served by a guy called Adam he was amaxing polite and kind he was very helpful and greeted me with a smile I was impressed by his smile and service I wanted to take time to thank him for his amazing service and kind smile I want Adam to be recognised and know about this and his service is amaxing he is one stunning boy with a real kind customer service keep up the good work good employees are hard to find well done Adam and manager praise Adam and give Adam my thanks he deserves promotion. Well done!!!

Today restaurant was a bit busy, but staff always has been helpful and friendly. Chicken was amazingly finger lickin' good.
