We started taking our golden retriever here after he suffered a spinal stroke. Emma is amazing with him and he adores her! She has helped him so much with his mobility and walking, he wouldn't be anywhere near this point in his recovery without her skills, patience and care. The prices are also very reasonable.

The location is very handy with parking available outside. We can go in with him so feel involved with his treatment and can see the improvements for ourselves. The facilities are very clean and well kept and our boy absolutely loves coming here for his therapy.

I couldn't recommend Vale Hydrotherapy enough, we wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

I was recommended by my wonderful dog groomer and vet to try Hydrotherapy for my 13 year old dog that has arthritis and has been struggling!
My vet recommended several therapists but after reading some wonderful reviews I decided to go with Emma. From the off you could feel the warmth and feeling even through our correspondence.
I was a very short waiting list and started four weeks ago.
Emma is a true professional with years of experience as a veterinarian nurse and a true lover of animals. She made both my dog and myself feel at ease within minutes of arrival!
My dog's whole persona has improved in such a very short time and we have our old dog back once again, it's great!
Thank you Emma and I would recommend you 100% to anyone who has been thinking of doing this treatment for their dogs!

As a dog agility trainer and competitor I regularly swim my dogs with Emma for fitness. Emma is a qualified vet nurse with many years experience in hydrotherapy. I Would highly recommend Vale Hydrotherapy for their wealth of experience. My dogs are always swam by Emma which means she knows them well. This not only puts my dogs at ease but means Emma can assess them and pick up any potential injuries.

Emma is a very qualified, highly compassionate hydrotherapist. She has helped keep my ageing German Shepherds fit and well for many years. She is very knowledgeable and has the best interests of the dog at heart, while remaining sensitive to owners' worries and limitations.

I have been taking my dog for hydro for several months - initially to build up his muscle tone following lameness and then for ongoing management. Emma is professional, caring, extremely knowledgable and very friendly. I can't recommend her enough.

Absolutely delighted. Dillon isn't the most confident dog but with Emma's calm, caring and experienced handling he really enjoyed himself and was able to get the most out of his treatment. Very calm environment. Can't recommend enough.

I trust Emma completely, her background as veterinary nurse along with her pure dedication and vest to learn as much as she can to do the best for the dogs see treats is second to none. The advice she has given over the past 3 years has been invaluable and I often joke with her that she will never make her fortune as money is certainly not her motivation, its just the love of dogs.

I have two Retrievers, mum and daughter, Ellie and Saffy. Three years ago Saffy at the age of 6 was diagnosed with double hip dysplasia and it was recommended that she had a double hip replacement. I wasn't happy for her to have such a major operation without looking for an alternative. I contacted Emma and after a short wait Saffy started hydro twice a month. Emma was very encouraging and patient with Saffy who wasn't too keen. Three years on Saffy is doing brilliant and apart from a bit of sway when she walks you wouldn't know anything was wrong, she is a very happy dog and I know it is down to Emma's work with her.

Once Ellie turned 10 she also started Hydro, she was less keen than Saffy but once again Emma's encouragement worked miracles.
Earlier this year Ellie started to drag one of her back legs, the vet said it was a nerve disorder and there was no treatment for it, however said that the fact that she had had 2 years of hydro meant that she was coping better with it than she expected. Emma suggested that we changed Ellie's session to the treadmill so that she could monitor the way she was walking as well as strengthening her muscle. This has worked really well and I'm happy to say that she hasn't got any worse in fact she is dragging the leg less.

Thank you Emma we are very lucky to have found you.

My dog is responding amazingly to her hydrotherapy.
Because of her age and pain that she was in, I didn't think we would be able to to keep her but we are getting our dog back! Highly recommended .
