After having problems with large companies over the past 2 weeks, without a functioning oven, I found this business through Euronics. I telephoned them on 4th January 2024, and spoke to a very helpful lady. I explained what I needed. She confirmed they had the oven available, and would order it that day. She promised to phone me on the next day. She did just that, and said they could fit the oven on Saturday 6th January. They gave me a time scale for the delivery and fitting, and their two engineers arrived within that timescale. They were very friendly, professional and helpful. T they expertly installed the oven speedily and efficiently.
As far as I am concerned, it took only 2 days from ordering to fitting which was amazing, and the customer service was brilliant. I would heartily recommend this company. They may be a small business, but they certainly manage to do what other much larger suppliers can’t do, which is great customer satisfaction.

Fabulous service having a new integrated dishwasher installed. Great team, very efficient delivery and friendly, everything fully explained and also highlighted a plumbing issue we were unaware of plus recommend a local tradesman who could help. Highly recommended!!!!

Fridge freezer purchased. The delivery had to be rescheduled at short notice as the carpenter who was to fit it was sick. This was no problem. Very accommodating, delivery team excellent, professional and charming. In fact the whole experience from visiting the store, purchasing to delivery and removing the old fridge has been superb. Thank you for making this a stress free experience.

I have bought 3 different machines (washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher) from Peter Ledbury over the last 3 months and have been delighted with the quick, friendly and knowledgeable service. They were helpful on the phone, and delivered and installed all my machines within a few days, and on two occasions a day earlier than expected. I would definitely use them again in future.

I recently purchased a washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer from Peter Ledbury's for my new flat. I received lots of help over the telephone when ordering the items, including finding a matching tumble dryer (which wasn't listed online at the time). The items were delivered, and installed by two incredibly polite and helpful chaps. They even came back a few days later to deliver the dryer which was on back order. Just woke up to a small water leak from my washing machine. After a quick phone call, two gentlemen came around straight away and changed a hose for me. Really helpful and answered all my questions! Not a faulty item, or installation may I add, just a seal settling. A true test of a company is how they deal with a problem, and this was brilliant.

Just had a new washing machine delivered and installed at my daughter's house, from start to finish totally professional way to conduct business it was delivered when they said it would be, fitted and installed by Kevin and another chap ( sorry I can't give him a name check) old machine taken away!

After trying the larger chains who could meet their promises of quick delivery I order from Peter Ledbury who not only offered quick delivery but actually delivered a day early, this was greatly appreciated as I was in desperate need of my appliance.

Fantastic service from this local company. From our first visit to the shop where a very helpful salesman answered all our questions, to the removal men who worked tirelessly to squeeze our new appliances into a fairly tight fit, we couldn't have been happier with the service.

Totally amazing service from this place today. As someone who owns a small business in quiltmaking - a washing machine is an essential bit of kit! When my washing machine blew up this afternoon I rang and explained that I needed one urgently. I was talked through various machines that they had available by a very helpful and knowledgeable girl and was promised a delivery for today.......less than 3 hours later my new washine machine was delivered! Fantastic service with helpful staff who clearly know there stuff. Thank you so so much.

My next appliance purchase will be with these guys for sure. I was recently involved in a road traffic accident with one of their vans, which was my fault. The driver and his colleague were fantastic about it. One of them stood by a bend in the road waving cars to slow down, definitely avoiding another accident. They helped me move my car off the road and were absolute gentleman throughout. I then had a courtesy call from Mr Peter Ledbury who was equally lovely. This sort of kindness and professionalism speaks volumes about a company and I couldn't appreciate it more. They have my future business.

Very helpful when I phoned them regarding repairs to my iPhone. Unfortunately they don’t do iPhone repairs even though Google lists them under this search? However, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and referred me to a local shop which may be able to help, it’s nice to get good advice from shopkeepers these days. I will bear this in mind when I have to replace my white goods.

So, I live locally and I'm moving house... I need £1,000 of new appliances and these guys are total diamonds! I've been offered loan appliances even if some of the ordered goods don't appear on time. They've under-cut some internet shops on price, I get good old fashioned service and free local delivery exactly when I want! What's not to like?!

We needed to replace my elderly parents’ fridge freezer suddenly, and were delighted by the swift, cheerful and knowledgeable help we received from Peter Ledbury Wantage... within 24 hours of our initial call two very polite/pleasant/Covid-regulations-observing chaps delivered and installed the new appliance, removing the old. Incl the cost of removal, it was much speedier and cheaper than my usual favourite, John Lewis. We’d definitely make Peter Ledbury our first call next time we need household appliances!

I purchased a Neff extractor hood in May 2016. The unit developed a fault and Neff did not want to know as it was outside the warranty period. The fault could have caused a fire risk and Andrew at Peter Ledbury immediately responded by ordering parts and fitting them free of charge. Superb customer service. Thank you!

I really like this store not only for the great choice of televisions, dishwashers, washing machines etc etc but the fact that they deliver and install. After sales is good too !!!
I like being treated like a customer rather than a number and on balance I have found their prices are very competitive.
They also stock all those fiddly bits like bags for Henry and so all in all a great shop.

Purchased a washing machine at 11.00am this morning and it had been delivered, installed and the old one taken away by 12.00pm! Excellent service.
