Called in yesterday 15/07, looking for a new Sim Only deal. Looked after by Robbie. Very patient, and understanding, nothing seemed too much trouble and my new contract was sorted quickly and efficiently. The store was clean and tidy with plenty of staff, so I didn't have to wait to be served. Would recommend this store to anyone.

We were assisted by a really nice guy called Elliott who was friendly but professional and very helpful when chosing a new mobile phone for my mother-in-law. I also benefited from a new lower tarrif on my phone too! Overall a very good experience 😁

I visited the O2 shop with my daughter to change my late husband's a/c to my name. I am 76 & not good with technology. The assistant, Elliot was very calm,understanding & clear with his instructions to me. The process was explained to me & Elliot took the time to make sure I understood what I was signing up to & how to use my phone in a way appropriate to my circumstances.

Changed my Samsung 8edge to a new Samsung S9. Ben couldn't of been more helpful. Even managed to get a SIM only contract sorted for a work phone in the short space of time I had. Fast efficient and knowledgeable on everything.

Always had a good experience in this store from buying a phone to help with a broken one. Sent a phone off for repair saturday, posted back to us by wednesday. Was given a temporary phone. Great service.

The place is very spacious and following all the covid-19 guidance.
