Really helpful staff would highly recommend 5 star service

It's a bit like how my mum and Dad described moving to the west country in there.
You get looked at like you've got 2 heads for a few years, but once you break them down one by one, they are a nice bunch 😁

Good fast and friendly service. Generally a good selection of 95% of items you usually need at a competitive price. Always best to check prices online against everybody else. Can reserve online and pick up knowing it is ready and waiting. Sometimes they seem to find it difficult to locate the order which is annoying as they come back and check your details and then find it wasting 5 minutes. Otherwise if you need it now you can just go to the counter and get items but may need to wait a bit for them to pick them. Be careful of low cost non-brand goods because like anywhere, sometimes it is great, otherwise a waste of money on junk. I always stick to known quality brands now. Recommended.

I was tremendously happy with the service today, the young man was extremely helpful and very polite. Unfortunately I didn't get to see the young man's name or the other young man but both of them are an asset to the company.

Have used this location several times. Last time there was a fault on an outside light I had bought and it was exchanged politely and without fuss.
Also ordered a drill and it was available when stated.
