Good selection, always get my household items here. If you know your prices you can shop here much cheaper than supermarkets. Parking is good, like going later in the evening not as busy.

Home bargains variety and prices are very good. Like any supermarket, they do lots of Christmas and Easter stuff too, and have home furnishings, beauty, as well as lots of grocery items and refrigerated items.
Home bargains do beautiful birthday and occasion cards and lovely gift bags, at a price much more reasonable compared to some other big stores.
They have good price storage boxes, and good quality. Home furnishings are reasonably priced too, and very nice.

This home bargains is a brand new shop and is massive. The store is clean and tidy and plenty of room to get around without knocking into people. It sells most of what you could want from toiletries, food to Xmas and garden and pet.
The checkouts are quick and friendly and parking is easy enough.
A great store that is new and modern.
Remember a £1 for the trolley.

Huge store with plenty of choice on the shelves. Some bargains to be had. Loads of free parking. Staff very helpful.

Lots and lots of items you think you don't need untill you start looking and then bang, you've spent a fortune.

Best price on Whiskas, have to walk directly to them and then the tills! Too many other affordable stock items to stop and look.

I just need a bigger bank account when I enter this store. They seem to have everything!! Don't ever plan to go in just for a few items...thats never going to happen. Love the place.

Love it here, sell absolutely thousands of items. Quite a new store in Bridgend, its huge. I like the seasonal ranges.

If you're just after one purchase, chances are you'll leave here spending way more than you bargained for. What I love about Home Bargains is firstly, how welcoming the store looks and feels. Their isles aren't cluttered so you don't have to try and get past random displays. The staff are always welcoming and extremely helpful. On my last visit, I just 'popped' for a laundry basket costing £4.99. I'd bought one a few weeks ago so decided to get another. I left the store, not only with my intended item but another £20 worth of goodies. I'm a neat freak and I just cannot resist their cleaning product. Their laundry detergent for £1.79 (Astonish brand) is excellent and does 28 washes. It smells great too.
