Toolstation Alfreton

Fantastic service with friendly and helpful staff.

I've been using this branch for just over a year and on every occasion I receive excellent prompt service. The staff here are friendly and helpful. They have provided a superb service during lock down and are a credit to their company.

Excellent overall. Quick and efficient (helped by the fact there wasn't a queue) with good customer service by the staff. Product was just what I wanted at a great price. I don't think Toolstation are as well known as their immediate competitor (hence the difference in queue size!) but they're every bit as good!

I would just like to say a big thank you to Jason for all his expert advice and help today. He is a credit to your company and is very knowledgeable. I shall be returning soon to make more purchases to eventually finish my bathroom off!!

Did my order on the website and recieved my confirmation that it was ready to collect. Sun Am I got to the Alfreton branch which is well marked out for social distancing. The lady was very polite, warm and cheerful. My name and last 4 digits of my order and i was away. I am regular at this store, not always the cheapest but always had what i wanted, when i wanted it.

Great experience! The staff member seeing to us helped us out hugely. Nothing was a problem for him and he managed to help us find exactly what we needed, whilst also having a very friendly and welcoming manner!

Always has what I’m after in stock, seems to get through the queues a lot better than screwfix next door (I always get a smug feeling when I walk straight in whilst screwfix customers are queuing outside). The staff are very efficient and helpful, especially Helen who often helps me when I have any problems.

Ordered a router on the website and quickly got confirmation it was ready to collect. Arrived at the Alfreton branch to clearly marked out social distancing. The staff were eager to please, warm and cheerful, well organised and the whole experience was brilliant. 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Great service and great stock. Staff always pleasant and on the ball with collections. As the competition is next door check prices of both first before shopping you may be pleasantly surprised. Toolstation also holds stock for a lot of items the competition doesn't.

The staff at this branch are absolutely amazing and have looked after me sooo well even before the first lockdown and beyond.
My gear is always waiting for me, They know me well and its like I just cannot get there quick enough because they are so organised and helpful. Special mention to Helen and Stephanie, There are a couple more I would like to name so I should look at there name badges. Well done guys and thank you.

Girl on the door really helpful and friendly. She helped me find what I was looking for in the catalogue and on line. All the staff were keeping to social distancing guidelines and professional in their approach. Would definitely recommend.

First class friendly polite service. I do a lot of DIY, and the low prices add up when your working on projects. Great range of products, and the Click and Collect service is second to none. I usually get a text saying my order is ready with 15mins of hitting the order button. Much better than the other nearby stores, which are more expensive and have poor customer service at times. My go to store for materials, hardware and tools 10/10.

I really like Toolstation anyway, and always get my stuff from there as their prices are usually the best. (1 trip a week mostly). But the staff at Alfreton are absolutely brilliant too. They’re so so helpful, you hardly have to wait, and they’re really friendly too. 😁😁👍🏽👍🏽

Hadn't realised it was next door to Screwfix or would have used it sooner. Used click and collect twice in the last week excellent service. Order in the evening and ready to collect first thing in the morning. Both times the ready for collection text was before 8:00. Friendly and efficient staff and no queue.

As a local tradesman I have been using this branch for quite a while now and the level of service is absolutely fantastic, the staff are great, everything from click and collect to buying over the counter runs like clock work.
