I often visit Pets Corner, Cobham. There's a welcoming atmosphere in the shop and it's clear that everyone who works there loves animals. They are super helpful, for example, giving advice on the right toys for small dogs. They even sourced my hedgehogs' favourite food (they still aren't hibernating!) and took the trouble to phone me to let me know. Brilliant service - thank you!

Rhianna's knowledge and passion for dogs shone through from our first interaction. She was not just helpful; ensuring that all our needs—and more importantly, Luna's—were met with enthusiasm and professionalism. Her recommendations for products were great, tailored to Luna's needs, which to me showed commitment to our pet's wellbeing.

Her sincerity made us feel incredibly comfortable and confident in the decisions we were making for our new furry family member.

Just been in to PetsCorner Cobham and they were super helpful, as a new puppy owner they gave us great help to pick the right puppy toys, suitable for our puppy and what’s good for teething. Also shared with us their puppy socialising classes they offer on a Saturday mornings, so will be coming to that once she’d had her vaccines. Great selection of food, toys, leads and harnesses as well as beds and staff all very friendly and approachable. Thank you 🐶🐾🐶

The Cobham store has very friendly and helpful staff. The store is clean and well stocked with a good variety of products. Would definitely recommend.

I just love the Cobham branch. The staff are so kind and lovely - they give my dog Nancy so many cuddles that we can’t walk past without popping in. They are so knowledgeable and helpful with regards to food and nutrition advice as my dog is very fussy.

The staff in here are amazing, I've been going here for a while now as I have various animals and all of the staff are so helpful. The shopping experience is always so personal. We recently got a rescue dog and needed to get supplies. He decided to 'mark his territory' on the scales (sorry), but the staff found it amusing and were absolutely fine about it. They helped us fit him for a harness and gave him treats. I think this is now our dogs new favourite place and is going to be his weekly treat visit. (Hopefully with no more marking of territory). Thank you and enjoy the donuts. 😁 (meeko is officially exhausted)

Lovely staff, my lab loves coming here as she gets spoilt with loads of love and treats. They always try extremely hard. Good range of treats and food!

The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a good selection of products that whilst more expensive and lesser known, the food items are significantly better quality and contain more meat, fish and nutrients etc than any popular well known brand-named products. My cat Tigger is a great fan!

Not your typical pet store and that's what makes this place special. I popped in for some treats for my mother's Siberian Husky who has dietary requirements, but the pick n mix treats go down a treat. Staff were very friendly and provided a great insight to the company. A good selection of bedding, accessories, treats and foods on offer at reasonable prices considering the high end appearances and quality. Will be visiting pets corner again, every other month or so and not necessarily this branch as there are other sites to visit and use around London, Surrey and West Sussex.
