A very busy day in store this morning, but feel I must say what excellent service I received from Carly Belcher, who helped me choose aftershave, she then escorted me to a till to complete the sale. There should be more staff like Carly!!

Quality pharmaceutical products available by click and collect. This service has been greatly improved and the parcels are now located next to the till for a quick pick up service.

Sheraz the pharmacist provided us with a first class, friendly and professional travel service and vaccination appointment. Highly recommended.

Visited Boots in Burton on Trent today. I don't usually do reviews on shops as we all shop for different products etc. However today I feel I must congratulate Kerry on the main tills for her excellent service in helping me pack several bags of shopping. All with a smile and friendly approach.

I popped in today for a few bits and was helped out by a colleague called Jay. They were absolutely fantastic! Super helpful with advising me about the products I needed. I really enjoyed the interaction and will definitely pop back in when I need something else in the hope of the same experience!

Visited to grab some face cream and stuff. The person on the till was so lovely (a pretty youngish girl with dark short hair), she was very helpful and went out of her way to sort me out a voucher because I haven't taken advantage of the 3 for 2 offer. She didn't have to do this and I thought it was lovely of her.

Went there for our flu jab. Great welcome from one of their staff who checked us in and took a few details. There was no queue and we were in for our jab very quickly which was given very professionally. Would really recommend Boots to get your flu jab.

Easy access for disabled people with mobility scooter.

Very poor, no staff messed up my prescription, tried phoning no reply, got to make another trip to enquire about replacement.

The staff in Burton Boots are so helpful. Been in today and went to the No7 counter and lovely assistant helped me with not only No7 products but all the fragrances I needed to purchase for Christmas she was brilliant - thank you Karen.
God help us if we didn't have Boots in our lives.

My local fragrance shop, I always buy aftershaves from Boots Burton-On-Trent. I always seem to have the same lovely lady helping me pic aswell, I should get her name one of these days as she is a credit to boots and so helpful. There is also a pharmacy, food, make up, children/ baby clothes etc, good store.

It was great, we found exactly what we were looking for (several items).

Although there was a short wait, the young person on the no7 counter was so helpful in helping me find the right product. Thank you!

Collected a pre ordered item at the photo desk and the gentleman serving me was very friendly and helpful. Considering it was late night christmas shopping he could have been stressed out with difficult customers but showed professionalism. 10/10
