M&S Simply Food

This is where we do most of our food shop being local and convenient, when I say most - It’s kinda 50/50 with the big Tesco behind, but M&S has far better quality meets and veg. Not to mention many other products that Tesco simply cannot match it on. Like their Indian selection for example.
The staff are typical M&S in that they’re smartly turned out, friendly and informative as and when required.
There is parking out the front or if full there is a multi-story above M&S which is accessed to the side-rear.
There can be youths hanging around in the area but since the stabbing a few months ago there seems to be less now.

Really good well stocked M&S - is a Foodhall not a Simply food so is much bigger

Great staff and british institution. We need to support our history and keep this amazing supermarket brand strong. Forget the others. Quality food at affordable prices.

I decided to shop in M&S Sunbury today and I have to say it's a great foodhall clean and friendly staff. Was served by Anita who was polite with a cheerful smile. 😊

We called into at lunchtime today & the gentleman who was on the till was an absolute pleasure to talk to & a great credit to Marks & Spencer. If only all shops could have amazing people like David working for them.

Just had an amazing service form Julie i asked her where a bottle of water will be was and she took me to straight to the isle. We saw there was no water there and she straight away said I will look out back for you of which I have heard 100 times from supermarkets staff so I was doubtful. After a few mins he returned with a smile with a bottle for me!

Very good quality food. Love this shop.

I didnt know that m&s had such an amazing selection of gluten free food. Not only bread, chocolate twists cupboard snack etc. They also have an amazing selection of fridge food. Sausage rolls, apple pie, spring rolls...absolutely brilliant. Lovely clean shop with easy parking too.

An excellent, well-stocked store with friendly, helpful staff dedicated to their work. I particularly like the fact that this store has kept some manned checkouts. I have withdrawn my custom from the ones who haven't. So this is my very own M&S store.

Nice little store. Clean with a wide range of products considering its size. Good service and a nice fresh bakery. Sufficient checkouts with card or cash options as well as with an attendant. The cheese and onion sandwiches are delicious

A store with everything and more. I drive here instead of going to my local Waitrose. Only an hour free parking! I was caught unawares, having done shopping in the precinct, a few minutes over the hour and a £60 fine. Not cool but lesson learnt.

I often order from the Internet and have my purchases delivered to your Sunbury branch for 2 reasons....firstly free next day delivery, and secondly because the store is always calm, clean and staff very friendly and efficient. It's a pleasure to come. Well done

It’s been my go to place since lockdown.

M&S always lead the way on safety and security measures so COVID-19 was no different.

1. Staff on hand to guide customers in and out of store.
2. Antibacterial hand-wash upon entry
3. Lots of social distancing signage to remind folk on rules

And to top it all - enough stock to cover a weekly shop.

I couldn’t ask for more.

Lovely M&S store which is a ‘simply food’ branch. Great range of products an always very well stocked. Staff are lovely here and you are always looked after. Great little branch this and long may it remain in Sunbury-on-Thames! 😊

Always shop once a week only. Sunbury Cross store is excellent. We always arrive early so first in and out . Never too crowded at that time. They have everything we need.

Great shopping experience, enough room to move around and did not queue for self check-out. I wished I was check-in for a holiday 😆, So all good from me 👍

Was only about 5 minute wait to get in. Fully stocked. Excellent Staff as usual. Customers all masked and self distancing. Thank you M&S.

Good sized food hall. Had everything I needed. Entry into the car park can be chaotic at peak times but seemingly not at 18.15 on a Friday evening.

Lovely airy store. Well stocked and a friendly service. Very busy at the moment but the queue moved quite quickly
