B&Q Coventry - Brandon Road

Had our kitchen appointment with Chirag today, absolutely brilliant service and appointment turned out to be longer than we thought but did not seem that way at all as it was like sitting and chatting with a friend, he totally understood everything that we wanted, listened to any queries that we had and paid attention to finer details, in the end he managed to help us find the kitchen that we dreamed of at a really low cost! From start to finish absolutely perfect and nothing was too much trouble, real big thank you we are really looking forward to our new kitchen and I am loving my new air fryer!

Huge warehouse with nearly everything! Not for people who have trouble walking. We looked at paint colours and were a bit overwhelmed, but one of the staff came over and helped us to see what the colours would look like under different lighting. We brought home small samples to try. We also looked at internal doors which was a bit disappointing for choice. However, we found a corner wardrobe which we surprising really liked! Huge Parking in front with Disabled spaces.

Adrian and Aaron provided exceptional service this morning, going above and beyond to find me quite a specific item. Their customer service exceeded my expectations and I wanted to call them out for going the extra mile. Thank you lads.

Last week I was trying to find a particular light bulb in the Coventry store and asked an assistant for help. The young lady was so knowledgeable and helpful and quickly found exactly the right bulb. Her name is Bushra and if I was her manager I’d give her a promotion and a bonus! If only all shop assistants were like her ….

Every time I visit B&Q Brandon Road I'm more than happy. Very clean place, massive car park. Friendly and professional staff, variety of products. I would highly recommend shopping here to everyone.

Searched for a Black&decker workmate online and B&Q was first to come up with one at a price I was expecting in my mind. They were open till 8pm with plenty in stock so it was a no brainer plus I had other items i needed that was going to get from Wicks. Easy parking no queuing to get in the store but they were busy inside, C19 rules taken care of off I went shopping. The staff are very friendly, helpful and with no stress at all I found everything I needed at the right price, paid by card safely with protective screens at the till. Done.

B&Q is an excellent store for DIY and gardening. It has everything you need.

Went over to get some valspar paint last week, I was so pleased with Andrew on paint mixing, who not only helped with all the relevant information regarding the paint mixing, but gave more advice and tips on painting to make the job easier etc, thank you Andrew, keep up the good work, 👏 👏

Purchased some turf today being disabled with a back injury I wasn't able to lift the turf into my trolley thankfully a nearby member of staff noticed my predicament and was more than willing to help. Thank you so much. wish I had asked her for her name

Bought large mdf sheet and had it cut to measurements for shelving. Returned home and fitted exactly. Highly recommended their cutting service, all at a good price.

Needed some grass seed and they had it.

Haven't visited this store for a while and was pleasantly surprised. It used to be a bit of a mess and displays etc very untidy. Things have certainly improved it and made our shopping a pleasant experience.
The staff were very knowledgeable helpful too.
