Halfords - Port Talbot

Mike prepared my new bike on the 12th January. He spent a good amount of time making sure it was ready to ride and swapped over some of the accessories from my old bike. I couldn't fault the service.

I left my old bike with Gary for a new service as I was very happy with the work he carried out the previous time.

Went to Halfords after seeing I had a break light out met a guy named Craig very helpful man made sure I had the right bulb and fitted it in no time couldn't ask for better service

Halfords porttalbot staff was very helpful tom sales man was very nice and helped us to choose the colour we wanted thank you for your information and help 😀

A really great service provided today by Gary and Sarah who went above and beyond and couldn’t do more to help me with correctly fitting my daughter’s car seat. They spent over half an hour with me and were so helpful - what a really positive experience with two members of staff whose customer service was outstanding!!

Rhod fitted my headlight bulb for me quickly and even taught me how to do it.
Very good service and a really nice guy.

I have used my local branch of Halfords for many years and always been pleased with the service. I needed a favour today as I was looking for a bike box to transport my grandson's bike overseas. Sharon was very helpful and sorted me out in no time. I didn't spend any money but the service was the same as when I have previously bought Boardman bikes from the store. I will no doubt return to spend again at the store.

Fantastic service from Michael Harding today. I needed a new headlight bulb and to top up the oil. Michael asked a few questions about my car and within no time, he had replaced the bulb, topped up the oil and I was on my way. Thank you so much.

Gary from Port talbot Halgords changed the headlight bulb on my alpha Romeo and it was a difficult job. Nothing was too much trouble he efficiently got the job completed and was very professional

Excellent service, the lady I had help me in port talbot was a brilliant worker!

What a fantastic service. I attended here to get new bulbs fitted in my car. The lady on the desk was informative and guided me to the right bulbs with best suitability for my needs. They advised me to join the car club free of charge that meant I got £5 off my bill. The gentleman named Gary fitted my bulbs with no issues, it took all of 5 minutes and was friendly and assuring.
I really appreciate the service provided by the staff at this store.Thank you

Gary fitted my towbar bike rack. Explained everything very well. Come away confident of being able to put bike rack up and down myself. Can’t praise the guys there enough. Would definitely go back there again 👍

Really helpful female member of staff, we were buying cycling helmets and she took time to go through the different options and size them for us, all the time she was really patient and friendly then once we’d made our choices she advised us on the best discounts that could be applied to the sale. We ended up saving a lot of money. What’s not to like? 5 star treatment and service. Thank you 😊

I can't thank Keith and Gary enough for all their help today. I came into store a mess after having my number plate stolen while in work this afternoon, which was pointed out to me while driving. They were amazing helping me get back on the road safely. Thank you for helping a stressed nurse out. You are truly awesome

Absolutely amazing staff and customer service from Tim (the good looking one) and Rhodri who really went above and beyond. What should have been a routine bulb change turned into a two hour mission of trying to get the bonnet of my car open due to a broken lock. At any point they could have gave up and sent me to a garage. After constant apologies from myself both Tim and Rhodri made me feel that apologies were not needed and nothing was a problem. Both amazing staff and even stated to go back if I had any other issues but I'm sure they would run in the opposite direction. Definitely a big credit to the store I can't thank them enough xx

Great service as always, I needed something and Tim was really knowledgeable and ensured I had the right size tool. I’m always so surprised about how much knowledge the staff have on such a variety of products - always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you.
