Don't even think of buying your coffee and cakes anywhere else in Arnside. Delicious and good value, and good views. The fact that it is part of a traditional clothes shop, is part of it's 'old-world' charm, which is entirely fitting (no pun intended) the genteel and traditional villiage of Arnside.

This is now, or very soon will be only a clothes shop. They are converting the upstairs into a flat, so ladies and gents clothes downstairs. Did hear a rumour they were only doing ladies clothes but could be wrong.

Lovely relaxing, mature shop. Equally good for ladies and gents. Decent coffee shop too.

The cafe serves tea and coffee, cakes, scones etc. It doesn't sell meals or sandwiches

Top quality clothing worth a visit

This review is for the 'cafe'. It's actually 3 old tables in a clothes shop. Little choice of produce, dry freshly baked scone. Oh dear. I don't want to appear scathing toward a small local business trying to make a living, but it was not what we were expecting. Must do better!
