Brilliant service. Was very easy to get a quality PC built to my budget. Excellent customer service and after sales support too. Can't recommend enough.

Just had a PC custom made for my daughter and I highly recommend PC Shack. They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and put together a great PC. Communication was excellent and it has been a really great experience from start to finish. In addition, everything was transferred over from her old PC, so it couldn’t have been easier.

The guys at PC Shack couldn't have been more helpful when I was buying my computer for graphic design. Easily the best computer shop in Hull and probably even East Yorkshire. Can't fault their honest, reasonable prices and excellent after care.

Up-dated slow PC with new hardware and Win 11; now running perfectly. Good value for money. After-sales service was superb via telephone and on-line help. Jake, Jamie and Lewis could not have been more helpful and were not patronising. Will definitely recommend to friends and colleagues.

Been a while since I last went to pc shack but whenever I have a problem I go to them. They have the friendliest team and will do everything they can to help. Never had a bad experience with them and they seem to be so full of knowledge. Top notch service and really cheap as well. Built my new PC in few hours or so and gave me a great advice about HDD aspect during windows installation thanks to which I've done it correctly. They seem really passionate about their job as well. Big ups.

Superb service, came in with a dead pc, suspected it might have been motherboard but these guys confirmed that, then gave me a couple of choices to either futureproof or just simply replace the mobo, after weighing up the options I went for the replacement mobo, they fitted it, got it home and wow, runs miles quieter and cooler and the price was very good too. Will be using again in the future and will be recommending to my friends. Fyi most of the parts on my pc are 10-11 years old.
