O2 Shop Stafford

Would like to say a huge thank you to your lovely team member Josie . She helped me with my new I phone up grade and also gave me steps on how to transfer stuff from my old phone to new one . I’m usually not good at technology but she put me at ease and explained everything for me . Such a lovely , genuine friendly lady , who made my experience stress free. Thank you so much Josie , amazing customer service , 5 star 🌟

Visited the store on 10.02.2024 with my Mom to query her account. Both Aaron and Wing were so friendly, accommodating and professional, not to mention highly knowledgeable. Their extra personal care and also attention to detail was excellent. I would recommend this store highly. I have not been in an O2 store before where I have received this level of service and will definitely going here again.

Called in today to see if they could assist with problems which O2 online we’re not helping me with and which had left me with no network connection. The friendly staff in this Stafford shop worked hard to get me back online despite the shop being full of customers. Stacie made every effort to help resolve my problem when she didn’t really have to do that as O2 online should have sorted it for me. I was in a bit of a rush and didn’t get time to thank them enough so a big thank you to Stacie and the team for getting me connected again. 5 stars….

Took my Mum in yesterday and was helped by Ben. He was fantastic and really listened to Mums needs etc, saved her money on her airtime and a new phone to replace her ancient one. Transferred all of her info over to the new phone. Just super easy and really helpful. Well done Ben 👍

I have not been into a O2 phone store in a very long time and from coming in to amazing service was the best ! With a lovely smile, Wing was able to support me with my sim swap and made sure that everything was finished to a great standard. While I had to come back to the shop for more support, Josie and Stacy welcomed me back with a positive attitude and wonderful assistance. They made sure I had all the correct apps and guided me through each step with clear instructions! I was of the upmost impressed and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Recently bought new phone store operative was very helpful and friendly got a Google pixel 7 at a good price plus got £100 for my old phone. My last 4 phones have all been from Stafford O2 shop and have all been good .

Can't recommend them more. Incredibly patient and helpful. They had my issue sorted as quickly as possible, unlike customer care! Phoning them was a massive waste of time and money, next time I'll go straight to the shop. Great staff, friendly with good sense of humours. Thankyou O2 shop

Got me out of a tight spot. Needed a sim adapter which aren't so common these days. Tim helped me out. No charge. Always the best kind of cost. Thoroughly helpful and friendly member of staff. Huge thanks to the new girl too who had no clue. :)

Called in to ask about a "SIM Only Deal" and I was served by a Very Polite Male member of Staff. Prompt service. Knew what he was talking about. Knew exactly what I needed. Found the best deal for what I wanted. I was Impressed by the quality of Service. Thank You O2.
