The Co-operative Food Picket Twenty is a great place to get your groceries. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean and well-stocked. I would highly recommend it to anyone in the area.

Here are some of the things I like about the store:

* The staff are friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions and help you find what you need.
* The store is always clean and well-stocked. There is a wide variety of products to choose from, and the shelves are always full.
* The prices are reasonable. I have found that the Co-operative Food Picket Twenty is a great place to get good quality food at a good price.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Co-operative Food Picket Twenty to anyone in the area. It is a great place to get your groceries, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Great staff, quick service and always clean and tidy. Theres also a Hermes return point and amazon lockers for amazon returns. No cash point as yet, but cashback available

Great to finally have a shop at picket twenty and not have the hassle of going all way into town just for small essential items like bread or milk.
Staff are lovely and the shop itself is great, good size with everything you need.
I personally love the hot food to go, coffee and hot dog 🌭 machine.
Overall very happy that it's finally open.

Great Shop and very easy to get to with ample parking. I often go in the evening to drop off/ collect Everi parcels.
Be great if they added a bell to the desk and I always have to go and find someone for assistance as low staff at night.

Lot of the shelves are empty can't always get what you want and the prices are going up every week I can't understand why when you buy in bulk at very low prices from suppliers

Store now frequently being closed early due to what would seem to be ongoing severe staff shortages, with the shutters sometimes coming down four or five hours early. At the time of typing this the opening hours on google maps still show 0700-2200 daily, Even on days when the store closes early, Which is thoroughly misleading. Whenever in future the store needs to close earlier than usual, Please update the opening times.

With regards to stock the soft/still drinks section has frequently got many items that are out of stock (Depot staff shortages perhaps). Other items such as milk and some frozen goods can often be out of stock or just not filled up by staff.

Tills and front of store areas (The A Zone) are frequently unmanned which would let any potential thief think that christmas had come early.

A reasonable local shop which generally has most things. But it's let down inconsistent staffing, technical glitches and increasingly frequent closures. Some staff are great, but sometimes tills are left unstaffed and some staff actively avoid customers or ask intrusive questions - better management is needed. Most of the time transactions are smooth, but sometimes tills and self service machines don't work properly - which means that card payments can't always be processed. Recently there have been a number of closures at random times - which means that customers can't always buy the things the want or need. Things need to get better.

Some of the produce/goods are really good. Sadly let down by inattentive staff. I am routinely left waiting for ages at the til because the staff are doing stock checks or whatever.

In addition there is one team member, R**n, who is particularly intrusive and inappropriate. Do yourselves a favour and promote him to back room duties only...

My child went down to the coop with their friend who had a their mums bank card my child had no money and got kicked out my child's friend then tried paying with permission from their mum and was denied the staff quote saying " it's illegal" and then kicked them out.

Never open when it should be! (Often closed by 8pm instead of advertised 10pm).
Discounts old food, but never puts a label over the barcode, so when you arrive at the till you pay full price.
And often has "deal" signs up, but with no explanation or signage as to what's included.
Very disappointing.

Thin isles, customers with no masks on, unsupervised children running around, a great place to pick covid up.
