Fantastic service and quality

poor management and very poor process for orders, too little space to work in such a big work space, worked here for a while and got fired as i couldn't go on a work trip with only a few days notice as i had to look after my disabled mother
would rather trust a bigger better company in my eyes.
nice lot of people dont get me wrong but not the best place to work or place to buy from.

Items delivered broken and refund refused. Disgraceful customer service, very rude.

DISHONEST. Bought from here on Etsy. Sent me completely different item to what I ordered, plus it was damaged, plus the packet had been opened and parts were missing. Very hard to believe they didn’t know what they were doing when they put that in a bag and sent it to me.
Customer service is rude and obstructive. No replacement offered and the way they apply the ‘refund policy’ is so unreasonable it honestly looks like they’re deliberately trying to use it as an obstacle they can put up to try and avoid returns.
Wish I’d looked at the Google reviews for Ballon Shop Preston before buying and I hope others see this first.

Balloons didn't turn up, they then said they were with DPD, although Amazon says with Royal Mail. Rude, unhelpful and haven't refunded my money although they say they have. Very very dodgy.

Shocking product and shocking customer service. We tried to put our faith in a local business and got treated like fools. They passed of an upside down no.2 balloon as a no.5, refused to refund and claimed they are the only ones you can get! Very disappointed and would urge others not to waste their time or money with the place.

Placed a balloon order for my sons 21st. Had it inflated 2 days before party and the product was faulty. Refused to send a replacement in time and not helpful at all. Won't be re-ordering.
