Starbucks Coffee

Just wanted to say a huge well done to the lovely girl who served me today! She was talkative, friendly and provided great service! It was exceptionally busy and one customer was being incredibly rude and started having a go at the staff as her drink was made wrong (it was a serious overreaction) to which the lovely girl that served me calmly dealt with the issue and reminded the customer that we are all human and mistakes happen and that she would happily fix it. I was seriously impressed with how she took control of the problem with such a nasty difficult customer. No one deserves to be spoken to in such a manner and I really commend how she managed it. And better yet my caramel oatmilk latte was delicious!

Usual Starbucks things... outside area. Nice selection of mugs and travel mugs.

On my latest visit I had a maple rooibois late. If you don’t like coffee, it’s a very nice alternative. I’ve never seen it before, so I’m wondering if it’s seasonal

Utterly lovely staff. We made a bit of a mess when our son spilled my coffee, and the staff were wonderfully understanding in both cleaning up and sorting out a replacement.

A nice Starbucks at this Services, easy to order and the coffee is the usual standard as you would expect. Plenty of seating area to.

The girl and boy who were working tonight (01/09/23 around 9pm) were honestly the loveliest people! They didn’t have what I originally wanted but they suggested another thing and were super nice!

To the lovely lady who I spoke to at 1.30am after making our way back from our honeymoon. You went above and beyond to give wonderful service despite it being early hours. Thank you for being so kind. Keep smiling x

When you get served by Issey - with her smile and lovely welcoming voice , you think to yourself what did KFC did to deserve those miserable cows two shops away.

Busy and popular Starbucks, located at the Welcome Break service station on the M25. All the usual your expect from a Starbucks with great coffee and seating on two levels. A good place for a quick pit stop.

I went into the Starbucks at Cobham services just now for a mocha. I was feeling feeling pretty low and depressed at the time. The young lady who took my order gave me a nice smile, as did her colleague who stepped over to help her input the order. It’s made a big difference. Thank you x
